My last time here, we were lugging two kids around who were too young to appreciate history. This time around, my wife and I fid it alone and really enjoyed it!! This village really shows how life used to be for my ancestors. A must to visit!!

Sainte-Anne-du-Bocage

Reviewed By CharlesSeems - Ottawa, Canada

Under the careful stewartship of Father Edmond Thériault and a huge cast of volunteers, the Sainte-Anne-du-Bocage site is being brought back to life by clearing dead braches and trees, cleaning up the old cemetary and adding new features such as piped in music around rhe 'way of the cross' in the woods. The chapel also has taped religious music that adds to the atmosphere. A nice place to take a pause from our busy lives...

Le Parc du Centenaire

My husband and I were visiting Canada on our way to Perce Rock with approximately 50 other seniors. We stopped here for a photo op of the group in front of the beautiful giant maple leaf. What a wonderful tribute to Canada. First to see the Saint-Quentin horseshoe-life landmark then walk towards to maple leaf. We had our picture taken there as a souvenir of our Canadian trip. This is a "must-see" to photograph.

Always wanted to visit, finally had the opportunity. We just arrive in time for the small tour and tasting. Great to see a small business in the middle of nowhere thriving! Place has just been expanded to accommodate a small bar, very quaint. Their products are tasty and well presented.

Musee Acadien

The Museum was just getting organized for the season when we arrived. It is small and does not take long to visit but you will find a few interesting facts about the history of Caraquet here. Support the local community by making a visit, otherwise these small gems will no longer exist.
