Ivan is brilliant. His local knowledge of the history of the region is invaluable because I assure you that this information is not available in a mainstream history book. Everything from the building architecture to the local flora and fauna of the region. This made the tour enjoyable and interesting. Thank you!

It was a pleasure working with Maritza and Robert from Africa Elite. We booked 5 days and Robert was our guide. Maritza worked out the itinerary and was flexible in accommodating our requests and multiple changes. When we could not participate in an activity--Table Mountain because of the crowds and the wine tram because we preferred to do something else--we were offered other activities on a complimentary basis to replace them. Robert was a great source of information on contemporary South Africa and always on time. Thank you Maritza and Robert.

My friend Gill and I joined this Kgalagadi 10 day tour in November 2020. From the moment we were picked up from our homes to the moment we arrived home the holiday was memorable in every way. Augrabies Gorge was an unexpected surprise and the Kgalagadi park was better than I had ever imagined it would be . The reason fir the success of the tour was due to our tour guide ( Allen Rautenbach) and the best ‘ spotter ‘ of game and birds imaginable . Breakfast and lunch and supper every day were perfect. Would highly recommend this tour .

My wife and I had arranged for a rental car and at the last moment, changed our mind and “googled” private Cape Peninsula tour. Up popped Mr Callixte Twahirwa. How lucky are we?!!! Calixte is a pure gentleman. Everything is “no problem”. Gorgeous brand new luxurious BMW with water and AC. Comfortable ride and safe. Calixte is knowledgeable and respectful of your time. He was punctual and delivered everything he said he was going to do. We agreed upon an itinerary and he delivered exactly that. When we ended up in Stelenbosch a little early, “no problem,” as he took us to a few wineries. Why would you even consider driving on the wrong side of the road? Call Calixte and arrange a private tour. I guarantee you, you will not be disappointed. Look for parking? Silly! Navigate directions? No way. Sit back and relax. Stop whenever you want to take pictures. Change on the fly. Spontaneous. I can not recommend this service enough.
