Our Alpine Refugium Spa combines a valaisan sauna, cristall steam bath, mountain herb sauna, raindance showers, an ice garden, a Kneipp bath as well as a relaxation area with heated waterbeds. Our heated indoor pool is one of the biggest in Zermatt and also offers a bubbly jaccuzzi. Day Spa offers are combined with one of our treatments , fluffy bathrobes, slippers and towels are included.

Who am I….? Born in La Chaux-De-Fonds in 1973, I grew up in a very sporty family, and actively practice numerous winter and combat sports Work, workouts, competitions, victories, defeats, injuries ... I can claim to know the price of gold and the backside of its medal! At the same time, I have been active in the world of therapies for more than 15 years as both a healer & massager. For the past 5 years I have also been working as an osteo-vertebrologue & nutri-coach for private individuals and enterprises such as clubs, sports associations and organizations (for example the infamous Worldtour Freeride). Having personally experienced and undergone treatment after treatment, method after method, and therapist after therapist, I have acquired an instinct of touch that is highly valued by my customers, and which owes its scale to a highly developed capacity of ‘feeling'. My second force is the essential notion and recognition of my own limits, and an extensive knowledge of my field of investigation and practice. My qualifications include that of 'Masseur Osteo-Vertebrologist' (2011) and as an official practitioner in 'Undersign Hydrotomia' with Quinton plasma (2015).
