We found this wonderful little restaurant at the end of our visit to Kuta Lombok but will be returning to it next year. It is a great little place run by a very jolly Scot called Stephen (possibly Steven) and the food is excellent. The fresh fish is absolutely superb and the service is very good. We also had a good bottle of wine, properly chilled, as well. I put it in the top two of my favourite restaurants in Kuta, a place we visit regularly.

Relaxed dinner, informal casual dining. The staff were welcoming, the menu (not for vegetarians!) was good, not too expensive. The steak was good, not the best I've ever had but still good, cooked well and the chef was accommodating of my changes to the side dishes. If you go, definitely leave space for the pumpkin pie, it's delicious!

Stayed at Puri Mas hotel and very much enjoyed the excellent food and friendly and romantic ambiance of the Ballroom restaurant. Stayed for 13 nights and ate there most nights. The choice of Indonesian food and international favourites was very good and we were totally spoiled the whole time we ate here. Don't miss the yummy seafood platter and ristaffel for a memorable dinner.Daily specials add extra variety to an already very good choice of dishes. Book a table for the culture and ballroom dance night. Sounds odd I know but it really is great! We will never forget our gourmet breakfasts and superb dinners enjoyed here not least because the staff are so so nice and make you feel so special. Thank you to all the crew in the restaurant and of course the skilled chefs behind the scenes.

I spent three days in Kuta and managed to come back here four times after discovering it!The food here was absolutely delicious and came super fast - I picked the local food and loved every dish that I tried, a mixture of the vegetarian and chicken options!Service was above and beyond, had a great time with the staff here and even picked it as my pickup location for my bus onwards so I could chill with the staff one more time.If you go ask to play the bottle game - a fun way to win a drink or two!
