Reviewed By MariaWM_PLA very old hotel which allows for a "flashback" to the past. When we entered I was afraid that we won't be satisfied but it was quite the opposite. We arrived very late at night but as we phoned that there was a huge delay in our trip, we were left the key in a secret place... and entered our room. Everything was prepared and we even received small gifts on the beds with a personal welcome note. We were able to go to reception before breakfast which was traditionally German and huge. Everyone was very kind. A wonderful place to stay, even for longer (the rooms are very large).

The **** Maifeld Sport and Conference Hotel opened its doors in May, 2001. We have a total of over 50 rooms and 6 suites, all equipped with state-of-the-art communications technology. The Maifeld Hotel is situated close to the motorway and Dortmund airport (16 Km) in the centre of Westphalia. The hotel has its own car park. Our hotel offers you 50 standard rooms (of which 30 are non-smoking as well as 2 rooms for allergy sufferers), all stylishly appointed, as well as Manager suites and exclusively and uniquely furnished suites.
Good for short stay
Reviewed By T6289RIstefanbI spent one night in the hotel, stuff is friendly and service is ok. Food in the restaurant is good and price is ok! Room was big, but I missed some lights, so it was a bit dark! Price was a bit high as breakfast was not incl. in the rate!
