Reviewed By C4389OKpetereI travel a lot in and outside Nigeria in the course of business and vacation. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I stayed in a suite. It was dirty, poorly maintained and was not value for the money I paid. For instance it took two hours and a trip down to h to the reception to get a drinking glass. On my second day I asked for a plate and cutlery to eat food someone brought me, I was told in a very rude manner that it was against hotel policy. The request was denied . The plumbing facilities in my suite were bad and inspite of all my complaints nothing was done. The food is bad. The only thing that worked were the Airconditioners. The sheets and towels were white though. On the whole, please look for some other hotel to stay.

Reviewed By iweblessingWe used it during a friend's wedding and the 2 nights I spent there were memorial. Although I've not gone back there again but I'm looking forward to visiting them some day coz it's a place everyone that loves good things would visit.

Reviewed By 521eseaRelatively new hotel in town so everything is still new. Very friendly,polite and helpful staff. The food is nice; I had 3 course meal served per meal and I couldn't fault it. Also, I think the food is handled well as I had no abdominal upsets or stooling which has happened several times when I eat in a hotel. overall I had a pleasant stay there and wouldn't mind having another business trip there. Just to add, the hotel offers a hall which can be rented for activities, there's a swimming pool,an indoor and outdoor bar, a restaurant that hosts buffet ( thats on hold for now thanks to covid) but a la carte is served there. I think the bar is also pretty stocked for drinks . I think it's also affordable for the Brand . Overall I had a pleasant and very comfortable stay

Only the reception area is beautiful. this hotel doesn't have all the finesse it appears to have online. immediately i climbed the stairs, a very very disturbing smell welcomed me which i was told was air fresheners. As i proceeded, the smell became that of a public toilet. the WiFi is very slow so it can be considered useless. the bathroom is horrible!!!!!!. The toilet and bath had stains all over, obviously as a result of poor maintenance, i refused to use the toilet except when it was absolutely necessary. Now, the rooms are very stuffy and cheap air freshener paraded the atmosphere making me nauseous and short of breath. For an asthmatic patient, this could be suicidal. Only one socket worked in the room. And their drinks are twice the price of other hotels. if not that it was already paid for, i would have left immediately. There is also this annoying background music that plays from the speaker on the ceiling.

Reviewed By Chijioke OCurrently staying at the hotel. The rooms are OK, bathroom is good, toiletries available but towels not too good. Complimentary coffee/tea in the rooms. Restaurant is lovely, food is good (buffet) environment is clean. Swimming pool had a makeover and is very good. ???

An unforgettably terrible experience
Reviewed By Thompson TThe hotels turns off their generator daily under the guise of refueling keeping their guest in a very hot room from 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm and during this time, the intercom phone line doesn't work, you cannot order for anything without going downstairs to the reception area, house keeping does not come in to clean the rooms, the wifi doesn't work. This is my worst experience ever. The hotel is difficult to locate, with google map location of the hotel right in the middle of bridge that is about two miles away. Apparently, the management of the hotel is aware of this but did not do anything about it. in all fairness, the food in the only good thing about the hotel but not enough to make me come back a second time Thompson (Lagos)
