The atmosphere is amazing, the hotel is brand-new and I loved the place (9/10)The staff was new, yet more than ok: kind and smiling even if you could notice the processes are not in place yet - which makes sense; it had just opened (7.5/10)The menu has some unusual and original choices and whatever you are having is well-prepared, tasty (9/10) and in reasonable quantity (7.5/10).Usually, hotel rates are high and the notes become pricey but I found it very reasonable.Overall experience is a 8.5/10 - I'll go back, and probably sleep there as the hotel looks very nice (receptionists are amazingly kind, professional, friendly and patient !!)Dear, Many thanks for your positive review concerning your stay here in Martin's Agora. This place is an alternative for the regular chain fast-food restaurants or the Belgian frituur/friterie snackbars. It offers a range of burguers with delicious combinations of cheese (e.g. blue cheese), bacon, honey, etc... If presentation was better, this could fit as a "gourmet burguer restaurant" because of the quality and originality of the sandwiches. Service varies though... sometimes faster, sometimes slower. Don't expect too much anyways, this is in fact a student's place with reasonable prices. It's a decent place to have a fast-food with friends, children and even the elderly. Being in Belgium for 4 years, I haven't found a similar eatery in other cities, which is a pity for those that enjoy real burguers.

This restaurant runs a very interesting promotion on Wednesday evenings i.e. a starter, main course and dessert chosen from the menu for as little as ⬠27 per person. Food quality is good, service is very attentive and good selection of wines. One tip: reservation necessary for dinner on Wednesdays.

Diner on a Thursday evening. The place was rather full.The reception and service are very enthusiastic and professional.The menu offers a wide selection.I choose the sea bream (dorade). The fish didn't taste very fresh and was served lukewarm.There's a wide selection of wine by the glass. The quality varies.

Elegant, fashionable and cozy place, with good food adhead !I have been already three times there over the last few months and will be back. It started quite well, with a sympathetic waitress, good weather (!!), nice wine...the starter was also not that bad: salade with bacon and goat cheese and apple, a (to) big portion. But you won't hear me complain to much about that. Then the main dish: cote d'agneau with speculoos, with gratin dauphinois and vegetables......that's when the nightmare started: the potato dauphinois was swimming in butter, the lamb was over cooked and from a bad cut, the veggies where dull. On top of that: when we said something about it, they (weather and chef) just confirmed what we said and pretended that it was like that, and that's the way it is......isn't that a lyric from some hiphop song? (it's a old tune that I don't like anymore!!!!!)
