This restaurant is located in a historic building constructed in 1295. Parts of the original ceiling remain in place. For example, the restaurant's wood ceiling hasn't changed since 1295.
Stories aside... The 28 year old chef is amazing. Food is slow, but that's because he takes his time to do a great job. It's worth the wait.
Service is also slow, but the truth is that the waiters are really nice people.
The sicilian manager is a nice person as well and will guide you toward what you are really looking for.
Last but not least, the view is beautiful and the tables are wide and spaced from each other, a rarity in the center of zurich.
Highly recommended.

From moment we walked in we were made to felll extremely welcome ,the service was attentive ,instructive and the maitre d was fun as well as helpful
The was delicious and my serving cooked to my request and the best duck meal in a long time My travelling companions loved their food as well
Our last night on holiday together was fabulous thanks to the superb food and friendly atmosphere

This place was genuinely amazing, we were surprised at how good it was even despite the good rating on trip advisor. My partner and I were truly delighted with the quality, presentation, portion size and particularly the flavour of the food offered. We love asian cuisine in general with both eating out as well as regularly cooking at home and can say that this place was by far the best I've had for a very long time, if not just the best. Can't recommend the food enough.
A few minor negatives are that parking was hard to find (none available outside, no information on website), their website in general could be updated, and it would be great if they had a Delivery service (versus a very expensive 3rd party company) for their take away option so that I could enjoy it more often!

Chopstick encounters for large groups of people! The Fujiya has an Asian decor with red and dark tints and exhaust hoods hang resplendent over the teppan-yaki. The food could hardly be fresher. It is prepared in front of the diners on a hot plate which is in the middle of the table. The staff offer service with a smile and the restaurant is filled to capacity every night. The dining experience is twice as enjoyable when you can actually see the food being prepared by expert chefs - especially if the meal does not leave you feeling bloated. The restaurant is popular with vegetarians and meat-eaters. It has a good international wine selection. Sayonara.

Our family have been tonight to dine Teppanyaki.
Services was fast but feeling a bit in rush...
Taste of sushi: average medium. Not waou...
Taste of teppanyaki, medium no feeling a real Japanese taste, more an international western food.
Dish presentation: medium. Can be improve!
Overhaul experience tonight was medium, not a big deal... but a regular western Japanese restaurant.

We were desperately looking for a nice restaurant around the airport during our stay at Hilton and found this gem. It is a nice 900 meter stroll from the Hilton to this nice restaurant. We had a fantastic traditional Swiss Dinner with a very friendly service. The staff were very good and the preparation and presentation of the dinner was just fantastic. We will be back.

The food, ambience, services are great. Food portion is quite big. Tartare is well seasoned, and for non tartare fan, there are other options . My daughter loves the dessert, coffee mousse which is absolutely delicious. Must try when in zurich

This is an excellent fish restaurant. A bit formal but very friendly service. Great carpaccio of white fish, very well seasoned. Simply cooked seabass for two with a Dijon mustard sauce. Simple, but delicious. Not cheap but well worth it count 125 chf per person. Helpful in getting a cab, a bit difficult to find.

Outstanding restaurant very close to Zurich airport. Excellent steak offerings. Cooked to your liking right at your table on a hot rock. Take it off when you like the color.
Wait staff was excellent, friendly and they all spoke great English.

We came for lunch to this Chinese restaurant in a residential area of Wallisellen.
