Everyone at this unique, family run hotel, takes pride in providing a wonderful holiday for you. Our spacious apartments and new hotelrooms offer high comfort, are equipped tastefully and have great mountain views. You can recharge your batteries in our spa area. The slopes of Zillertal Arena and alpine trails of Hohe Tauern national park can be reached within seconds.

When we arrived, host Khristian immediately offered us a welcome drink at the terrace, and it was nice to relax after a long drive. After that, he took us to our room and showed everything and explained about the services at the hotel etc. We felt really welcomed and that his interest and friendliness was genuine. We received an upgrade to our room on arrival, so we don’t know how the standard rooms would’ve been, but in the room we received decor was a nice mix of modern and traditional. Rooms were spacious, separate toilet and shower, own balcony. There is no in-room AC so it can get a little warm on a hot day. In addition to that the only room for improvment would be adding an in-room mini fridge to keep drinks or snacks cool. (Having neither is somewhat understandable if the high season is in winter.) During summer the restaurant is not open for dinner so we don’t have experience on that. At breakfast there was a good selection of dishes, eggs (you can boil your own eggs to your liking, which might not suite everyone, but which we definitely liked!), bacon, bread, fresh fruit. They reserve a table for you with your name on it and a daily news letter by the hotel with weather and program was at the tables. Saunas were heated only on request during hot summer, but they seemed happy to do so. They have four different saunas and they were nice. The hotel has all kinds of program every day, but we didn’t have a chance to try them. There is free parking in the garage. All in all, this place made us feel welcomed and everything was as expected. This is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday during summer, especially if you have a car and are exploring the area around (do visit the Krimml waterfalls, definitely worth the climb!).

Family hotel Schranz - not only a holiday domicile, but with its warm and friendly atmosphere a real home for our guests! Our comfortable and well equipped rooms and apartments create a warm and friendly atmosphere and invite you just to lean back and relax. Free WIFI in every place in hotel and around. Restaurant & sunny terrace A rich breakfast buffet, Further comforts of our house Sauna, Solarium (for pay) in the summer heated outdoor swimming pool with countercurrent system (from beginning of June to end of September 25°C), large lawn with table tennis and children's playground for the small guests, also a great hiking-programm from the TVB (free) and adventure specials nearby (for pay) In winter our house offers the further advantage that it is situated just about 100 metres from the bus stop of the free ski bus and from the entrance to the cross-country skiing trail "Pinzgau-Loipe".

Reviewed By Michiel BWe've stayed at MC Ronach for one week at the end of January 2019. The rooms were great and looked rather new. They offered a wide range of options for breakfast. During breakfast you need to order your main dish for dinner that day. The three options are meat, fish, and vegetarian. Delicious meals and the dishes looked great with a lot of creativity. Also, the starter buffet had a wide variety of options and the deserts were also fantastic. The hotel is very well organized and also organizes fun activities each evening. The sleigh riding behind the hotel was awesome. They also have a small apres ski bar in front of the hotel. Note, when using the ski bus carefully check the time table beforehand as the buses don't go that often. Conveniently, it stops right in front of the hotel. Two tips. For us it was way too warm in the restaurant, that could've been a bit less. Also the table in our room was a bit too much, the room was too full. We put the table on the hallway. Perfect hotel for those looking for convenience and delicious food.

Sehr hilfreich mit der Planung vor Ankunft, Krimmler Wasserfälle ca.10min mit Auto entfernt, legen grossen wert auf Sauberkeit, hatten zwar Schlechtwetter doch das machte unsere bleibe auch gemütlicher, hatten Erlaubnis beim Vieh kurz reinzugucken & anschliessend zum Frühstück gabs Hausmannskost vom Bauernhof. Selbstgemachte Produkte vom Hof, von der Butter bis zur Buttermilch. Zimmer sehr gemütlich, sauber, bequeme Betten, es fehlt an nichts - kann man nur empfehlen. Kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Ein Super grosses PLUS an die Familie und ihre grosszügige liebevolle Gastfreundschaft die bis nach Singapore weitergeleitet wird. DANKE !!!

Reviewed By Helen1171Beautiful holiday appartement in small village 15 min drive from first ski lifts into Zillertal Arena. Modern, well equipped kitchen, top quality showers, high quality interior- nice space and very friendly welcome. Washing machine/dryer for small fee - very convenient. Numerous supermarkets nearby and access to swimming pool with great slide for kids and wellness centre with sauna for adults included in rental fee which was nice perk. Neukirchen and Krimml had numerous restaurants on offer.

Enjoy a stay in Gasthof Edelweisshaus, a cozy guesthouse located directly at the slopes. From your room in a minute on the slopes. Rooms are basic but clean. The guesthouse has their own restaurant with bar. Your stay is included halfpension. This means a breakfastbuffet in the morning and a three course dinner in the evening. Our team is ready to welcome you in Austria.

Dissapointed with room + customer service
Reviewed By KrooyRented a 2-person studio for EUR 750,- a week. Room had a window but faced a blind wall with some leaking pipes.. asked for a room with a bit more view, besides a grumpy face we get the opportunity to move to another room for the week, only had to pay an addition EUR 430,-!! No thanks Sonneck, last time with you! (Also the temperature is centrally arranged, it's hot as hell in rooms!)

Op maandag een aanvraag verstuurd voor de huur van een appartement voor de daaropvolgende zaterdag. 6 volwassenen en een dreumes van 15 maanden. Dinsdag aanbieding per mail ontvangen en mail teruggestuurd dat we er graag gebruik van maken. Woensdag boekingsbevestiging in de mail. Donderdag een mail dat de reservering niet doorging omdat we de bevestiging niet bevestigd hadden. Waarom niet gevraagd was!!!Dus helaas geen onderkomen maar wel geboekte vliegtickets naar Innsbruck en een hoop stress! Wat een ontzettend onprofessionele gastheer! Eerst een boeking bevestigen , het appartement niet van booking.com halen en ons de dupe laten zijn van de dubbele boeking!!
