Visited this restaurant for lunch and really enjoyed the ambiance. The staff were lovely.
We had the Chicken Pasties and they were yummy. Food was delivered quickly and the price is good.
The restaurant is at the top of a sort of department store. Worth the visit if you are in Uden.

Friendly staff, that help us to understand the menu. Very good food and excellent service! They provide a 5 round meal where you pick from over 130 items. We only got to round 4, lots of different Sushi items, and other Asian delicacies. Give them a try!

We had a dinner visit to La Riva planned at the end of my parents recent 60th Anniversary celebration. We had made a reservation for 12 people. We arrived at around 6:15pm. The restaurant was very busy and seemingly understaffed.
It turned into a long waiting game. First to get our order taken and subsequently to wait for the food. Other tables seem to receive service, people arriving well after us had drinks and food well before we did.
In addition we had a few English only guests and the menu they were provided afterwards turned out to be outdated. This caused another ordering cycle because the swordfish was no longer available.
The food, in general, was good. We had a wide variety of dishes. The two dishes which were somewhat disappointing was a “veal in Gorgonzola sauce” entree and a scampi in garlic butter appetizer. The veal was dried out / over cooked and the scampi suffered the same fate which made them rubbery and tough.
On the wine front we order the house white and red as well as the Pinot Grigio and the Montepulciano d’Abruzzo. This last one came out of a bottle which was bad or corked and we had to return it. They provided the house wine as replacement. Not sure whether they didn’t agree with my call that the wine was bad or whether they didn’t have another bottle.
All in all a disappointing visit. Not likely on the let’s return there list

We are frequent visitors to The Raadhuis in Uden. This was our 8th visit in four years. After it's take over by another headchef last year inity they struggled a bit but after last week we are totally hooked on Raadhuis again. We choose the excellent value for money special menu. 55 euros each including accompanying wines (but excluding water 6 euros a liter, fizzy or flat).
Each course was made to perfection, very tastefull and the wines complemented the food really good. Dining a la carte is also possible but generally more expensive (15 euro starters, 30 euro main course) they also host a good "market menu" for a fair price of 40 or 50 euros depending on the amount of courses you select. Also a good atmosphere, very friendly host who we also heard helping other guests in fluent english.

One of my favorite restaurants in Holland, everytime is nice enviroment, personal service, quality in the food, good tasty, and all the people make me feel at home! I really recomended this place if you look for a nice time this is the perfect place! my favorite dish are the ribs!! I already tasted all the desserts and all are delicious!! All the people is really nice specially Susan who everytime say Welcome with a big smile! The best restaurant in Veghel, definitely!

In our region there are only 4 wok restaurants (wok/grill that is) of which one is of horrible quality and 3 are good. Wok inn however is the best out of all. Large selection of sushi, desserts, Wok foods and Grill orders.
If you never have been to a place like this it goes as follows;
The grill you have to just go to the grill area and order whatever you want that's on the sign, the wok however is different. You grab a plate, grab anything that you want from the buffet Islands and let the wok chef take your plate to cook/wok it. They tend to be very social and talkative although half the time you won't be able to really chat with 'm due to 1) the amount of people chatting around you, 2) the burner is on high ;)
They have a lot of Seating and even then there are times that the place is packed full, it's very advisable to call ahead to see if there is room if you are with more than 2 people. It sucks going there to find out there isn't room.
The whole Wok experience is based on all-in price, they have a choice of with drinks or without.. if I recall correctly the price range is around 25 euros per person.

Gossimijne has a lot of different options on the menu and you can choose to eat either a la carte or have the same options but then as unlimited tapas. Prices are great and the service is good. Very busy on weekends.

If your looking for a "run of the mill" ice cream cone, don't come here! But my friends, if you are looking for an ice cream extravaganza then this is the place to be! Located near the heart of Uden this shoppe makes all their own ice creams, ice yogourts and ice milks as well as a darn good cup of tea or coffee. Enjoy your iced treats in the peaceful shade under an ancient tree with other grownups remembering their childhood years.
