Cheap and affordable
Reviewed By Beda KCheap non-luxurious hostel. Shared restrooms and showers as well as the kitchen. Very quiet, nice view over the city (it is on top of a hill) 10-minute walk to the city center, which was very handy. Good if you stay 1 night on a roadtrip, don't book if you stay here longer.

Lovely place to finish High Coast Trail
Reviewed By LouiseECWe should have booked, but didn’t and by the time we arrived all the doubles were gone. Very kind and helpful staff at reception sorted us out and found a larger room, offering us the same price as a double. The clean, bright room with fresh sheets and towels and a super hot shower was a welcome relief after 10 days camping! The kitchen area was great, if you wanted to cook, but we opted for pizza at the adjoining restaurant—what a good call, it was DELICIOUS! Our waiter was super helpful too. Breakfast next morning on the terrace just outside the kitchen area, overlooking the boats in the harbour, in glorious sunshine. Perfect. A great hostel, at a great price. Would definitely recommend.

Central, clean room with self-made breakfast
Reviewed By Matt EClean and functional room for excellent price. Checkin through code sent to mobile phone. Key found in envelope inside hotel/hostel (you can buy room with all included or just room and use your own towel/linen/breakfast). Everything was OK, cerials, bread, coffee you picked yourself from fridge. And very cheap for this location. Parking nearby.

Reviewed By mattiasemLigger fint om man är ute efter friluftsliv och dags vandringar eller paddling. Från ett berg alldeles bredvid camping/vandrarhemmet ses både gamla och nya Högakustenbron. Rummen på Vandrarhemmet är bland de bästa vi upplevt. Köken helt ok men kanske lite undergearade. 3 rum delar på det gemensamma köket. Toalett fanns det en per rum och en gemensam dusch för alla 3 rummen.

Vandrarhem och gästboende i ett pampigt stenhus från sekelskiftet beläget vid Örnsköldsviksfjärden ca 1,5 km från centrum. Vi erbjuder både kort och långtidsboende till förmånliga priser. Vindarnas Hus har olika typer av rum, enkel-, dubbel och fyrbäddsrum. I huset finns tre kök, tvättstuga samt två TV-rum, varav ett med biljardbord. Vi har kostnadsfritt trådlöst internet och TV på våra rum! Alla våra gäster har eget utrymme i kylskåp och skafferi.

Reviewed By EemmehTrevligt vandrarhem utanför Örnsköldsviks centrum. Vi fick ett mysigt och ombonat rum med dubbelsäng. Fräscha toaletter med dusch, och bra anordnat kök med eget fack i kylskåp samt frys. En mycket bra vistelse allt som allt!

Hägsnäsgården is a good accessible hotel near E4
Reviewed By Hallgren_NykvarnThis is a perfect overnight stopover for travelling to Luleå/North from Stockholm area. We have stayed here several times. It's located in a calm, nature rich area. Room is quite small and the standard of a vandrarhem, take own linnen and towels and toiletries. During the covid times, this was not at all full so we almost owned the kitchen, dining room, and TV room. We were able to use their very large fridge and freezers for prepared food we took with us. Free parking just outside the building. We felt very relaxed just sitting outside in the comfortable sofas. Shared bathroom and shower and toilets were very clean, and just outside our room. We forgot our water kettle and the hosts kept them for us until we picked them up a week later.
