We went here for a small lunch, soup and pasta. My penne with salmon tasted very good, service was friendly and fast. The restaurant is in a nice location, next to a canal and the church, with a sun terrace (which was closed at our visit in February).

This pizza place is at one of the sides of City Plaza shopping center in Nieuwgein. The place has a modern look and feel. It is easy to get to and order pizzas. You can get them in the size you want and in different flavors. A lot of choice. They had good deals on the screens. This restaurant does not stand out positively or negatively.

Even if you are in a hurry and already in your car, you can still have a slow handmade coffee on you way to the highway A2.Just park at the Carpool location in IJsselstein, and relax to tast real coffee with a warm heart.

Came here from a boat in the local jachthaven. This restaurant was recommended. A simple pizza was good and not pricey. The Italian waiter was insistant that the 'specials' were worth trying. Two of the group accepted his (persistent) recommendation. They were disappointed! Served cold and quite expensive. Will not be back. The area of the place is great but there must be a better restaurant here.

I went to this restaurant because of the really good reviews here in tripadvisorThe food gets 3 1/2 stars. The meat was cooked well but all in all it didn't blow my mind. The antipasta plate is OK, but it lacked freshness and ideasThe atmosphere gets 3 stars. Tables are placed wherever is space in restaurant. In the front, at the bar and in the back. Like a lot of restaurants here the place is basically run and managed by students.The wine gets 2 stars. To pay 27euros for a nero s'avolo with a screwtop, which comes in retail for 6 or 7 euros is not worthy a decent italian restaurant. Also most other wines served comes in a screwtop. I have no issue when white wine comes like this, but for red, no please. Also the wine tasted like 6 Euros, without body, aroma and taste. You are better off ordering beer.
