We decided to organise a surprise birthday party for our daughter at Peaches. We first met the manager who was a lovely, friendly person. She advised us and told us that anyone with any food allergies,not to worry, as they could easily cook food specifically for them. She also allowed us to put some and banners and balloons with blutac. We booked it as there was a buffet on offer. It began with the starters, which were lovely and plentiful. Our table ordered some more of our favourite starters. The main courses were equally tasty and all very well presented. There were approximately four desserts on offer,and everyone I asked said they were deliciousThe people with the food allergies, one had a fish allergy and the other was on a gluten free diet, said they were very well looked after and that their food was lovelyOne of our party uses a wheelchair and with assistance was able to negotiate the tables and chairs. The wheelchair did just about fit into the ladies toilet cubicle, and could be used if someone else guarded the main door to avoid any embarrassment. There were no grab rails in the toilet to assist when getting up off the toilet We all had a brilliant night and would definitely go back againMany thanks to the cooks,chef, waiting staff and the manager you were all great !!

Yet another perfect meal at Swan Lake. There is always such a nice relaxing atmosphere here. The food was as lovely as ever, everything tasty, made with fresh ingredients.For a warm welcome, great value and superb food, you don't need to look any further than Swan Lake.This is our favourite restaurant by far.Thank you again for yet another fantastic family meal ⥠xx

Eaten here, when visiting with family, on several occasions.. the atmosphere, the food, the staff are all great, also very clean..The food is excellent quality, I love fish dishes and there is a good choice, beautifully cooked..This place is probably the best sit down Chinese restaurant Iâve been in, so if youâre in the area, book a table.

We wanted to try a local Chinese as per previous reviewers comments the choices local are poor...well this goes down the list from the one I thought was terrible. Where to start, 1 king prawn in the house "special" fried rice, pork that tasted sweaty...the highlight was the runny...like water runny...sweet and sour, had four dishes all poor and I have to be honest I'm not that picky, one to avoid

I'll sum up first. It was our first Chinese take away in the area and although not bad. Will try others before returning.We had spare ribs, prawn toast, crispy shredded beef and prawn chow mein. All for £20. All the food was freshly cooked although personally I thought the chow mein could have done with a little more flavour. Ribs were good, meaty and tasty. I can't say anything bad but it certainly wasn't great. And since we hadn't had Chinese for over a year, anything decent should have been amazing!Be warned, cash only but there is an ATM just up the road.

The food was absolutely delicious. Such a range of classics and unique items that are rarely seen at other restaurants (like the steam pork buns! Amazing!)Every member of staff welcomed us with a smile and were attentive and very kind. The right balance between looking after their customers and not being too over bearing. We have recently bought a house in the area and we already know this is going to be a firm favourite.
