Ugly and Beautiful, All-in-One
Reviewed By rtw123Spent a week over the New Year's Day. The area is fantastic - beautiful forest, lake, quiet. The hot springs pool is awesome. That's about it on the plus side. The raving (in Russian) reviews mostly come from people who traveled little outside of the former USSR and have not much to compare this place to. This is an odd place - a combination of The Shining, Dr. Zhivago, and The Ground Hog Day. Every day is the same: get up, go eat, walk around, go eat, walk around, go eat, walk around, go sleep. There is nothing else to do here except walk, ski, ice skate, and dunk in the hot springs pool. Overall, very Soviet experience. The food is plentiful but utterly dull - lots of salt and butter kills all taste - it all seems taste the same. Food times are very regimented - you have about 1 hr window to eat as your times and the table are fixed. The "health" aspect is nothing but a gimmick. The "doctors" are simply sales people who need to sell you "procedures". The "procedures" mainly lack any medical benefit, that is the one that has any scientific merit. To give you an example, vaginal douching and fish eating dead skin off your feet are the "health procedures" that can be "prescribed" by the "doctor". I asked the "doctor" about the recent research publications in peer-reviewed journals about the medical procedures recommended - the stunned look seemed to suggest that the term "peer-reviewed research" was heard for the first time in the doctor's career. The place is an old Soviet derelict with some face lift. The rooms are austere, lacking any comfort or ambiance. The signature is the Ikea bedding and furniture. The nightly "entertainment" reeks of centralized Soviet-style activities and shows, which lack anything entertaining about them except watching the babushkas sitting along the walls in row. There is nothing to do there, except eat and count the days until your release. Even the nordic skiing is not easy as they don't bother tuning up any equipment, so you'll have to tune up the skis yourself, otherwise you are up for some frustrating time in tracks. Sauna was not hot and very disappointing, especially since this is Russia and there are some awesome banyas out there in town. The only bright sport in this place is a hot spring pool, but even this is messed up as you have to have a health certificate (in Russian of course) prior to coming to this place and a "prescription" to be able to be admitted to the pool, and even then it is super regimented as you have only certain hours to use it and only once every couple days. Ridiculous. The truly ugly part is the quality of the water in this place. I attached some pictures of a bath tub. Supposedly it is the minerals, and sure enough, there is lots of sediment water you drain the water from your tub. But why on Earth can't they have an adequate filtration system for the water? Nowhere except cheap hotels in Mexico have I seen this awful water color, so beware. On top of that this whole thing costs about USD$200+/night for two people, which is very steep considering that it is post(?) Soviet Russia with it's absence of service. The high price-low quality makes this place a truly one-of-a-kind one.

Reviewed By Ирина ПЭто впервые , когда из раздевалки выходишь в купальнике на минус 15 и входишь в воду +40. . А потом в кафе можно выпить чай с травами. Сама гостиница чистая и уютная. Находится в черте города. Недалеко автобусная остановка-до центра мин 30.

Санаторий для детей
Reviewed By Angelika GСанаторий расположен в тихой местности, рядом с озером Тараскуль. Озеро имеет запасы лечебной грязи, которую применяют в процедурах. Эти процедуры очень эффективны при заболеваниях опорно- двигательного аппарата. Территория санатория охраняется, вход строго по санаторным книжкам. Территория ухоженная и красивая. Очень много на улице сделано горок, каруселей для летнего времени и сооружается горка для зимнего времени посещения санатория. Мёд персонал внимателен. Процедуры что входят в стоимость путевки очень насыщенны. Бегали с ребёнком с этажа на этаж и заканчивали уже после обеда. Кормили 6 раз в день. Номера стандартные, есть блочные на 2 комнаты. Номера есть и для детей более взрослых, что приезжают на отдых без родителей. Аниматоры занимают детей различными играми, театральными постановками, развлекают детей не жалея своих сил и возможностей. Распорядок дня соблюдается строго. Интернет дают с 17-00 на первом этаже возле администратора. Телефонная связь очень плохая, так как санаторий находится в лесу. Это не вина санатория. Все очень понравилось.

Reviewed By U5384FD_И вам никто не рад. Приехали семьей с 8месячным ребенком. Сто раз позвонили перед приездом. Предупреждали, что будем с ребенком, нужно его купать где то. Нам сказали что в номерах ванны и душевые кабины (так по их мнению выглядят кабины). У нас был полулюкс. Так выглядит в ХВОЙНОМ ПОЛУЛюКС. Не стираное белье, треснутый поддон для мытья, немытая ванная комната в плесени, два бра, продавленный диван и нешлифованный паркет. А да, постирать вещи нет возможности. Только тазик в номере. Про остальное сказать ничего не могу, мы пробыли в санатории час.

Неплохо, но не за такие деньги
Reviewed By Anton SПлюсы: 1. Далеко в лесу - воздух чистый. 2. Весь персонал очень приветливый и услужливый. 3. Чисто, аккуратно, все выглядит новым и на территории, и в номере, и в общих помещениях. Все исправно. 4. Неплохое 4-х разовое питание. 5. Народу не очень много. 6. Хорошие процедуры. 7. Прекрасный крытый каток. Минусы: 1. 30 минут от Тюмени на машине в 7-30 утра субботы - представляю, сколько добираться в час пик. 2. Нет вообще парковки - машину бросаешь в лесу - зато бесплатно. 3. Кошмарно неторопливое заселение - оформление. 4. Чудовищная духота в номере - спать даже голым невозможно. 5. Малюсенькая сауна и небольшой бассейн - 4 дорожки по 25 м. человек на 50 с детьми - со всеми брызгающими последствиями. 6. Крошечная территория. 7. Питание напомнило мне мой детский сад 40-летней давности. 8. Таких денег определенно не стоит.
