Perfect stay
Reviewed By 59895JanaOur stay was for 4 days, we were fully satisfied with all the service - room was large, very clean and nice. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Hotel is near the lake, so there is a beautiful view, ski area is near by, large and nice too. The parking at the ski area is free. The food was very tasty, large variability (only in the morning a little bit more vegetables would not be bad, on the other hand, there was enough fresh fruits, juices and other kind of food.) You choose from the menu for the dinner, the offer includes the typical Austrian meals, which we happily tried and were very tasty! We are looking forward coming here again, thanks all the people there!

Worst experience ever
Reviewed By 824markohStaff was very unhelpful and food service was very slow. Food quality and quantity was bad. Any special wish for extra towel or extra glass of orange juice and similar was not granted. I strongly recommend not to visit this hotel. The location is great, but it does not overweight the whole experience.

Another Great Christmas Visit!
Reviewed By 9210KittyThis was the third time we have visited the Alm Resort for Christmas. We stayed in a self catering apartment as we usually do. We had dinner on Christmas Day in the hotel restaurant. Food, service and ambiance were excellent and it was good value for money. Our apartment was very well equipped, clean and had the most fabulous view from the balcony. The pool and wellness area of the hotel are very good. The staff at this resort are great. Friendly, helpful and always willing to do whatever is needed to make your stay the best it can be. If you visit in the winter the skiing is great. You can ski to the back door of the hotel. We highly recommend and we will definitely return.

The rooms are perfect, and the whole place has a classic austrian vibe with a slight motorcycle feeling. But it is not just for bikers. We went skiing from here, by car gerlitzen is less than 5 minutes.

Reviewed By domagojl2017Hotel with breathtaking view, excellent food (sarma was exceptional;), seafood risotto as well).. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. You can ski all the way from ski pist to the hotel. Certaintly would come back!

Reviewed By Marion vWe zijn vriendelijk ontvangen door Anne-lies en Rob. Pension Rosenheim ligt op een mooie locatie en de eigenaren zijn echt gastvrij. Ze hebben diverse appartementen. Wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van de mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het ontbijt, dit in de vorm van een buffet, diverse soorten brood, kaas, vleeswaren, zoet beleg en vers fruit. Zeker een aanrader.

Reviewed By Karl OBin mal wieder am Bauernhof Berger zu Gast! Komme schon seit Jahren her. Hier stimmt einfach alles! Zu Gast bei Freunden hat man sich hier wirklich auf die Fahnen geschrieben. Wie immer passt Zimmer und Frühstück (Milch von den eigenen Kühen, selbstgemachte Marmelade, selbstgebackenes Brot, das Frühstücksei von den eigenen Hühnern, frische Semmeln (Brötchen) Schinken und Käse). Doch hier gibt's einfach mehr: Es sind nicht die Katzen, Hasen, Hühner Ponys zum streicheln, es ist die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit die mich immer wieder kommen lässt. Ein alt eingesessener Urlaub am Bauernhof der doch jung geblieben ist und stetig auf Verbesserungen setzt. So entdecke ich bei jedem Besuch was Neues. Einerseits echte Verbesserungen wie eine neue Sandkiste andererseits die Liebe zum Detail.... und überall blühen Blumen. Ich freue mich auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen

For sure u'll find a better price
Reviewed By yaqbeushWe stayed there for one week. Rooms are clean but very small. Are good for 2 people, ok for 3, barely tolerable for 4, almost impossible to fit for 5. Really nice view. The worse thing was food (we had HB), it was the cheapest food from supermarket. Food was "recycled" eg, they fried on the same oil pancakes and pork. Really, first time I ate sweet breaded pork. Hotel is not so close to slopes as described. Very strange are prices in hotel bar, there are changing after purchase. Wi-fi does not exist.
