Perhaps one of the last pristine refuges left in Thailand
Reviewed By marikag697Everything you’ve read is true. This island is peaceful and quiet. It also happens to be gorgeous, vibrant, teaming with life and, for myself, a wonderful place to recover and recharge. Waan is warm and kind. She organized excursions for us (the emerald cave is honestly one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen!), made sure we had everything we needed and kept our bellies full with delicious Thai food. Her son is a cutie pie. ? The bungalows themselves are kept VERY clean. They are only a 5 minute walk from Charlie beach- which itself is sublime. The water clear and warm. The only rub is that garbage collection only comes to the island 3 times monthly. However, that said, when they do collect, it restores the beach to its well deserved glory. I was here after 911 and it honestly hasn’t changed that much. I hope you enjoy yourselves here!

Our resort is located close to the dam, you can do some kayak here and relax with a two room styles as Thai traditional style. We share a warm feeling like you were home.

Reviewed By SieMaticFirst of all: My girlfriend and me have been there in november 2019 (Trip advisor just doesn’t let me set the date so long in the past). This is the optimal place to go if you want to experience Koh Muk and just don’t want to stay all the time at one place. It is located very close to the pier and by walking you reach the beach and a lot of restaurants. And here ist the thing that sets this stay apart from all the others: The owner! He drove us anywhere and picked us also up anywhere. We just had to call him in time. He gave us special offer prices to visit the emerald cave (highly recommended), to rent a canoe or to get a boat tour to the surrounding isles. To make it short: He was always there with a helping hand, gave us a lot of tips and on top of that he was super kind and gave all his heart to make this the best stay we could ever have at Koh Muk. To be fair, there are also needs you won’t get fulfilled here. The rooms are not the most fancy but they serve their purpose. And also the toilets and showers are located central on his property and are used by all guests. If you can give up a small amount of comfort for an adventurous stay, a person who really cares about what you want to experience and all the other pros I mentioned above this is the ideal stay for you! My girlfriend and me we loved it so much there and I kind of felt obligated to the owner to write this review even more than two years after we left (yes, this is how memorable the time there was).

Amazing stay
Reviewed By neel sTho the island can be a bit dirty in some parts and the mopeds on the road too much BUT staying here was like our own paradise. Very relaxing and very friendly. Fa and her family are amazing and take good care of you and mom's cooking is the best - my fav was green curry and dumplings in coconut cream. The hut is nice and spacious with sliding glass door and a decking area with chairs to sit on. Toiletries are provided and loads of shops just walking distance (5-10 mins). The huts are sea facing but this part of the beach is not great to swim on as it can be a bit dirty and tide gets very low but other nice beach is just 10-12 mins walk away. Fa organised a private long tail boat trip for us around the island and emerald cave, which was reasonable and very enjoyable :) the accomodation is about 10 mins walk from the pier along the beach but if you have heavy luggage or are physically chalkenged then get a tuk tuk from the pier. Nurse house consists of 6 huts - 5 in the garden area and number 6 right on the water ( so if you want that one then you need to email FA as soon as you book). You will definitely enjoy your stay here as we did and we highly recommend it :)

Mythra Mahasamuthra a small resort located in Libong Island. If you look for a private and cozy place to stay here is the place for you. Place where you can enjoy with local activities for free such as fishing with the fishermen, cooking with local etc.

Reviewed By gosiabudz_Modern beautiful room, new and clean, amazing view, great design, just beside nice beach and sea. Owner is very nice and helpfull, they are serving lovely coffee and the best fresh seefood. Garden and hammock place for chillout with coffee and beer and the evening. Owner helped us with transport from pier, also with trip to island with attractive price and private boat and snorkeling. At the evening we were invited for bread baking classs, amazing experience for whole family, we had so much fun there and the best was, we could eat this bread at the morning!

Reviewed By Jesús PI have arrived at the reception of the GardenHill Mansion Hotel and after requesting my passport and making the check-in arrangements, they ask me for a deposit of 500 BATH. before my refusal to deliver that money because I understand that my reservation has been made with AGODA and not directly with the hotel I ask you for more accurate and correct information of the particular conditions of the hotels, so freely and with accurate information I decide if I go through of you or I do it with another platform for example TRIVAGO. The supposed boss was presented at my request at the reception and with bad manners and bad manners, beating on the counter a beautician would not stop recriminating me and disrespecting me. I wanted to prevent the accommodation and to assert its internal policy over the contract they have with AGODA. This situation is unfortunate, besides the lack of civility and education leave much to be desired. Reviewed By Pattarada RA bad quality hotel, dated and dirty. The location is terrible and not close to anything. With this price, you can find better place. This place should not be yoir option even consider the peak seasons of having no other choice.
