Beekbergen (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈbeːɡbɛrɣə(n)]; Low German: Bekbargen or Beekbargen) is a village and former municipality in the Dutch province of Gelderland. It is located in the municipality of Apeldoorn on the edge of the Veluwe. The rural area on the southwestern side of the village is dominated by forests and the rural area on the northeastern side by agricultural land. A hamlet called Engeland is situated inside the rural area that is part of Beekbergen, as well as several holiday villages, campsites and hotels. The village also houses a number of retirement homes and a homeless shelter, called "Het Hoogeland". Beekbergen had 4,546 residents on January 1, 2016, of which about three out of five people were living inside the urban area.

This restaurant has a lot to offer. The building is very interesting. The decoration is very interesting as well. Look at the pictures and judge for yourself. Very friendly staff. We liked the lunch food (warm sandwiches) and tea/coffee we had. We would come back and order the same thing. That is a good sign. Minor points: the men's bathroom could use some tlc and it is positive that the neighborhood is still in development.

The food and portion size is ok. I think the chef buy's the cheapest ingredients available and not the best. The service is alright we were welcomed and placed at a table politely. It was busy and we had to wait a bit (but just not too) long for our meals. The decor seems somewhat old, but that is sometimes also the case in Italy and for me not the main thing. The tables were dressed with nice linnen tablecloth and serviettes rather than with paper which I myself appreciate. To conclude; for a simple not expensive Italian meal it is ok, but when you want something special I would advice to look further. When you find this information useful please hit the button below. This small, narrow but very cozy Italian place is near Apeldoorn city center. The maestro comes from Cagliari Sardegna and prefers to speak only Italian. As Greeks and Italians are "una faccia, una raccia" we had zero communicational problems. We had the typical Italian first dishes (Bruschetti/pomodorro, ruccola/parmiggiana) and as main dish we all got linguini ai fungi. Everything was excellent. Only the beer was Dutch. We ordered and had a bit of everything from desserts (do try it, at least for once in a month you can do it). Then came the maestro with his grapa di casa and that finished us once and for good that evening.

Hier kun je goed en niet al te duur eten. De piaa;s zijn precies goed, krkant, maar niet taai. Zo hoort het toch????. Gewoon goed. En gelukkig geen rotmuziek op de achetergrond.....

Best pizzas in town. Run by a nice italian women who makes you feel welcome every time. The pizza choices are endless. And they taste delicious. It never takes more than 20 minutes for your pizza to arrive. I highly recommend this cosy pizzeria.

Sinds december 2018 in Ugchelen komen wonen en al sinds lange tijd bekend met het heerlijke ijs van dit IJscafe!Het seizoen is los dus nu kom ik er veel te vaak. Het ijs is echt geweldig lekker en niet een zo duur!Ik kan geen favoriet aanprijzen. Alles is gewoon goed. Het is ook altijd druk. Ik rij er iedere dag langs en er zijn altijd klanten.Schroom niet, rij er voor om, kom van die A1 af en tracteer jezelf op ambachtelijk ijs!

The choices of pasta offered on the menu were relatively disappointing. I expected to have a lot more and extraordinary ways of how to serve pasta, however, I experienced the menu being not very satisfying and quite 'usual'.Nevertheless, when we got our food, it was very nicely served. The taste was good and also the sizing of the portion was more than enough. The service was okay. Some of the waitresses were very nice, helpful and polite, some others were lacking a little bit in their hospitality performance. Tip: If it is warm enough outside, make use of their charming little tables outside the restaurant to dine :)
