Any time we travel anywhere within 20k of the Gallery, we make time for a visit, as the food is TOP NOTCH. Creative dishes are made with local fresh good quality ingredients and served by friendly and engaging staff. PS, the coffee served (excellent barista) is from the wonderful Burren Roastery and if you canât do lunch/dinner, just try the amazing scones or cakes, some GF. You will dine in a comfortable setting, surrounded by local art (beware that like any busy popular cafe, it gets busy). Their awareness of Coeliac Disease is impressive and this is also evident in their catered food. Rather than cooking for a recent family celebration in the Burren and after a chat with Kate, we sourced all our food with the Gallery with varying choices/allergies catered for. Really generous portions of beautiful food served in their big original cooking pots, (which we were able to return on our return journey) with little waste packaging. Well done Team Gallery and canât wait to return.

Linnanes is a real gem , run by owners who are present all the time and who go the extra mile to really care for their business. It is terrific for seafood, has a great atmosphere and is reasonably priced. Well worth a trip and well done to owners and staff !

One of the few places open for lunch in the off season surprised us with creative lunches with fresh ingredients. Their breads and sweet treats looked delicious as well. It's rather small inside but cozy, and filled with locals and friendly workers.Thank you for your lovely review ReenPA hope to see you again soon! Mary

Went there for an informal lunch on a Saturday. Rather than have one main course I opted for the seafood chowder and seafood salad. The chowder is up there with my top 3 ever! Loads of fish including salmon, smoked haddock, prawns and mussels. Often a chowder can be two thirds veg but this was a meal on it's own! Accompanied by two breads - 10/10. The seafood salad blew me away, firstly for the value at just over â¬10. Big fleshy prawns, smoked salmon and crab - all generous portions, served with a lovely mixed salad and dressing with bread. Again 10/10 and if you have this as a starter, you will never fit in a main course. Highly recommended!Dear Canlstay,Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I am delighted that you enjoyed our food. Our Head Chef, Dariusz and his team work hard to ensure our food is of a high standard and value for money.Thank you again.RegardsDeclan O'Grady

Loved having lunch here last week. The cafe has a nice relaxed feel about it and the fire is very homely as well. I had the falafal wrap with salad which was very delicious - something you wouldnt find at most standard cafes. The coffee was also very nice!! Really enjoyed this place considering we stumbled across it while driving through Kinvara after visiting the Cliffs of Moher.

My husband had excellent bangers and mash (and mediocre wine, but the second glass of a different vintage was better). I had pasta with peas and scallops in a cream sauce. The peapods were so delightful I actually ate them (I never do at home, as they're always stringy and unpleasant)! I was a little put off by the scallops, though; maybe it's a cultural thing to serve them with their weird, orange "foot" still attached? They were slightly gritty. The service was spotty at first, but improved by the end.

Located on the quay in the village of Kinvara, breath taking views overlooking the bay and Dunguaire Castle. We cater for all tastes. Daily lunch menu served from 12, a la carte from 5. Large upstairs room overlooking bay can be used for private parties.
I had the catch of the day, fresh and with Bernice sauce. Melted in my mouth.. my wife had the fillet. Prompt service, tasty meals. Compliments to the chef an friendly wait staff. And the house wine with dinner was French and good..... would go back again to this scenic spot and restaurant...

Had the burger and the staff were very helpful when I asked for changes (no cheese, mayo instead of spicy sauce). The burger came out with cheese by accident and the staff had no problem bringing it back and changing it. The food itself was great - got main and dessert and everyone agreed it was top quality food. The presentation was lovely and the atmosphere in the restaurant area was great. Would recommend for a visit when in Kinvara.Thank you so much for this review. We really appreciate it.
