Reviewed By solabaresWhen we first arrived, it looked like a decent place, but the parking area down below for the cabin wasn't thebest first impression. From there, it just kept getting better. The cabin itself is small and cozy. It is very relaxing to have a stand-alone room not connected to a house or hotel. The cabin has a little fridge, kitchen, good lighting, very comfortable bed. Then there's Pilar, the spectacular hostess. SHe did everything she could to make us feel at home, and it worked like a charm. From cooking delicious homemade foods (including homemade tomato sauce, chicken teriyaki, arroz con pollo, homemade arepas) to making sure we had all of the bedding, blankets, and comfort we needed, she is amazing. I was traveling with my pregnant wife and toddler, so we weren't the easiest to please. But each day, we felt calmer and more pampered. The third night, we stayed in the house, and the room was great. The bed, again, super comfy. Nearby, there is a store, some neighbors (Maria Clementina) with guinea pigs, rabbits, sheep and goats, and country lanes to walk. This is a hidden gem that we will definitely return to.

Reviewed By lasloJust stayed here and it is a lovely countryside inn. There are large comfortable rooms with great views and beautifully decorated. The owners were great hosts and made sure all details were taken care of. I highly recommend staying there as a great getaway.

Reviewed By Sir_CumferenceThis is a beautiful place to stay in Sopo, near Bogota. It is at approx. 8,000ft and at the foot of the mountains - the mountains are the backdrop to the town. The house is very comfortable & spacious and Angela & Christian are excellent, friendly, welcoming hosts. Breakfast is delicious! Both Angela & Christian are paragliding pilots. Parapente Paraiso is at the top of the mountain and well worth a visit too.

Reviewed By Daniel VThis exceptionally beautiful hostel is run by Rosa and Mauricio - both of whom are charming and hospitable. They welcome you into their home, where you can see their incredible crafts. From the stunning stained glass window in the master bedroom, to the cosy fireplace, much of this hostel has been handmade by Rosa and Mauricio. This is also accompanied by all the comforts you would need, including a large living room and kitchen (shared between two rooms). The garden is filled with delicious flowers and fruits and the perfect place to kick back with a beer after a long day exploring the local countryside. Exceptionally good value, charming company, will most definitely be returning!

Reviewed By T8896EMsebastianbEs pésimo el servicio del personal del hotel, hay humedad en la habitaciones, no guardan los reservas que se realizan, se pierden pertenecías cuando se hace el uso de lavado de ropa, l luz se corta todos los días igual que el internet, el servicio de gua potable es deplorable, el aseo de la habitaciones es nulo.

Reviewed By DanLop07La vista muy bonita al lago. Habitaciones y la cama muy cómoda. No hay nada cerca para comer. Muy lejos del centro. No ayudan en dar indicaciones y te presionan si sí vas a llegar, o si no cancelan tu reserva. ¡Los baños dan al exterior y y no tiene cortinas! El internet fallaba muchísimo y no pudimos trabajar bien. Pésimo servicio del dueño y su novia. Su novia fue una grosera que nos ofendió muchísimo. Nos habían permitido hacer check out al día siguiente a las 12, cuando ese día a las 11 nos dijeron que debíamos retirarnos y teníamos junta de trabajo. Nos permitieron quedar en el jardín. No quisieron calentarnos unas pizzas que teníamos. Después llegaron a corrernos de una manera prepotente y grosera, gritándonos que ya habían pedido el taxi para que nos fuéramos. Me discriminaron por ser extranjero. Desayuno no incluido, super caro y muy pobre y malo para lo que fue.
