After trying to go to another restaurant, only to find out it was closed, we asked some locals and they pointed us to Flora. We were not disappointed! The food was incredible as were the unique and delicious drinks (GET THE SANGRIA!). This is a chef taking food to the next level. Apropos as we were on the third level (floor) where the dining takes place. Service was outstanding too.
