Ormai io e la mia ragazza ci andiamo quasi sempre e spesso si parte con un'idea precisa di cosa mangiare ma le proposte dello Chef Gallo molte volte ci mandano in crisi perché è sempre tutto invitante e ottimo e quindi stravolge tutto... provare per credere. Se siete di zona o di passaggio cercatelo pesce, pasta o carne o anche pizza e vogliamo parlare dei dolci?! Un tiramisù spettacolare...In più che ci lavora sono tutti bravi e simpatici un mix perfetto. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!!!

We found this place through Trip Advisor. We had a delightful evening. No one spoke English, but we were able to order a fabulous meal. The waiter took us back to the kitchen to show us some food to help us decide. He was so kind. The food was excellent.We thank you for the review.Best regardsLuigino

Con la mia famiglia ed alcuni amici, abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima serata in questo nuovo ristorante, degustando eccellenti piatti di pesce fresco, contenuti in un menù sufficientemente ampio e vario.Ciò che contraddistingue le portate, oltre allâelevata qualità della materia prima, è lâequilibrio di sapori non scontati, e comunque semplici, che denota la pregevole tecnica dello Chef, assimilata, nonostante la giovane età , in anni di studio e lavoro.Personale di cucina e di sala professionale, gioviale, cortese, attento e mai invadente, carta dei vini curata, locale pulito e ordinato, spazio tra i tavoli superiore alla media e musica soft di sottofondo sono gli altri altri punti di forza del ristorante.Il mix di tutti questi elementi fa del Sale una novità assolutamente vincente che, in pochi mesi dallâapertura, data lâaffluenza di clienti, ha giustamente riscosso già un amplissimo consenso.I prezzi? Sicuramente più che adeguati allâottima esperienza gastronomica offerta.à stata veramente una bella scoperta. Complimenti a tutto lo staff, torneremo di sicuro!

That place is amazing, you have to try it once in Monterotondo. I highly recommend it! The staff is very efficient, the food and it's quality is amazing.. you have to try it in order to understand what I'm talking about. I'd like to thank everyone especially Matteo (assistant chef) and Michela (waitress), ask for them and you won't be disappointed!

We just have been there. Place is nice, dark lighted, well decorated based on Garibaldi historical character. Staff was nice and familiar and always kind with us. Food: we tasted house appetiser, mainly salami, ham and local cheese... honestly nothing special to remember. We had cannelloni and pennette, cannelloni portion was large and very tasty. After, we ate french fries, home made, delicious, and pepperoni good too. Lastly meatballs and steak not bad.... tiramisù and creme brule' also good at the end. My impression was like eating at your mummy's home, sure you will not come to try special tastes. Last note: the bill, a little bit above the average, considering that this deli is located in a small village, well outside downtown Rome where life cost is much lower... good for lunch during an alternative autumn trip
