Früher ein Spital mit Kirche, dann ein Schlachthaus bis in die 80 Jahre des 20. Jahrhundert, heute ein Museum für den Künster BERNHARD LUGINBÜHL. Reste der Kirche und Schlachthaus noch immer ersichtlich.

We spent a very pleasant hour or so viewing this beautiful work. It is a marvel given the size of the painting and when it was done and the patience and dedication of the artist is truly inspiring. A must see. Highly recommended.

This is a small gallery- like museum with delightful gems. It’s light and airy, easy to digest although the range is wide, from 12thc to contemporary. The cafe offers relaxation and refreshments

Warm and helpful staff; great pamphlets in English. Klee was prolific so there is a ton of art to view. Building itself Is worth the visit. Then exchange your Museum Lot parking ticket inside for an all Day 7F one good until midnight; then take the convenient #12 bus to old Town for your visit there, easy to then get it right back to the lot!

The museum is all worth a visit - the collection is excellent and the curation and documentation of the collection is setting the bar very high for many museums internationally. The personnel is very professional and friendly and kind. The place is all worth for the scenery and the landscape. Definitely a museum worth to visit also for people who visit the area only for few days.
