Dr Christian runs a professional caring and holistic approach to improving and maintaining the good health of his clients. He is well qualified in his area of expertise, with years of practical experience proving and showing the positive results by him and his team. His initial assessments are thorough and subsequent assessments show both how the individual has improved on their health and areas in which they can continue to progress. His regular master classes are informative and often eye-opening in their approach to good health. Dr Christian does not lecture "at you" but gives you a logical and often alternative approach to some of life's persistent underlying problems. His view is educate and allow his clients access to information such that they can move forward in the way they understand to be best for their individual requirements. Every client is an individual not a number. Last but not least the whole team are friendly and Dr Christian has an affable manner with a good sense of humour.

Six of us visited here on a Saturday for their Pamper day package which included full use of the spa, 2 treatments & an afternoon tea for £99 each. Reynolds Retreat is set in beautiful grounds & you are surrounded by lush, green trees really adding to the feeling of seclusion. The facilities were all functioning, are clean & well maintained. The staff are wonderful, friendly & helpful & if you have a problem or request are only to happy to do everything they can to make your day as enjoyable as possible. The afternoon tea was delicious with a wonderful selection of sandwiches & cakes with a vegan option available. The treatments were divine, so relaxing. Debbie was my therapist & she was wonderful, so friendly & an absolute marvel at her massages. I would highly recommend a pamper day here either on your own or with friends, it's delicious!
