This hardworking young lady is a wife, a mother of two adorable children and the proud owner of "A Touch of the Caribbean Day Spa", a local Spa business, established in 2012, Virgin Gorda BVI. It was no easy task leaving her young child to attend the Sterling Health Centre in Dallas, Texas but that she did to follow her dreams. She became a certified massage therapist and esthetician, specialize in Deep Tissue Massage, sports Massage, traumatic injury, pregnancy, headache relief and many more and is very good to the people she touches, whether she remains at her stationary location, or goes to a service call! She and her team has that special touch!

The Copper Mine is a unique experience. It is at the end of a winding road through neighbourhoods and wild goats roaming freely. As you approach the mine site the stone structures stand out prominently on the shoreline. You can look down into a former shaft area, walk around the remains of the buildings and even see some quartz and copper remnants. A beautiful site to see against the blue waters of the sea in the background.

We made the decisive to stop here since the weather was not good. The staff was friendly and helpful, fuel prices were reasonable, and the boat slip was just fine. Great, protected harbor and a nice place to shut down the brain, relax at the dock, dodge the weather. Great location with nearby car rental that is cheaper than getting a taxi all the time. I have stayed here before and will happily do so again. Dock, fuel, power and water is all fine after the 2017 hurricane. The nearby building are under construction and will hopefully re-open this year. We walked to a nearby car rental and then toured the island. Great place, great memories, great photos.
