Reviewed By JasLeeSHLove this Budget hotel. Only find that the pillow is lumpy. Maybe is good to change those pillows. The breakfast Nasi lemak is good. Will stay here again as it is value for money n clean. They have 3 Suite Double rooms on ground floor, so if u can’t climb stairs, ask for the Suite double room. Lots of parking area in front of the hotel n opposite parking area.

Reviewed By kamarasamanFor a short break, it is comfortable & affordable budget hotel .Lift is provided for and it's guests friendly. Car park is available. A walking distance to the nearby restaurants around the hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Nice clean bathroom but you have to bring your own toiletries. Simple breakfast is served with local food.

Established in the 60s, one of the oldest hotels in town, fully refurbished in 2015 giving you the best room available in town. It is located on the main street, with convenience store, restaurants, banks and others at a close vicinity. Our hotel consists of 21 carpeted rooms, with flat screen TV with satellite channels, telephone, free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, keycard access, bathroom with walk-in shower and amenities, and a 24 hours front desk. There are spacious sitting areas on every floor including the main lobby. Rooms range from Standard Twin to large Family Suite pricing from MYR88 to MYR388 nett. For the safety of our guests, this hotel is equipped with 24 hr CCTV surveillance, and secured access triggers at 12 midnight.

Reviewed By tenghiankoayThe window sills are filled with bird droppings and the dust and smell enters the room. Limited car park in front of hotel and your car will be full of bird droppings the next morning. The only plus point is the polite receptionists.

What is interesting is, the money that u pay is reasonable and the hotel is well maintaned, and its is like a 2 star hotel although its classified as budget hotel from outside! The staffs are so helpful and kind. Just asking them to clean your room and without that, there are no housekeeping till you check out. Beside the block u could find a restaurant - mualaf restaurant. This chinese muslim rest have a quite reasonable price of food and a lot of foods variations. the mart also available so it will be easier for guest to buy a stuff.

Having a drink at the balcony and I can hear durian fall of.. and you can take if you stay there.. Good Thai restaurant and a lots of animals hanging around @ goat, chicken, duck, geese.. Nice and different kind of experience

Let's start with what they do well at this place: 1) room size - the room is a good size, depending on what you have booked. 2) location - convenient, easy to locate, and ample parking. Easy access to shops as it is at the edge of the town 3) parking - ample parking 4) hospitality and service - great service at the counter. Friendly and hospitable 5) good mattress Not so good review: 1) housekeeping - I will give this a 1 out of 5 for both stays. The floor does not seem to be vacuumed well, with hair (of all kinds of length) in the sink, bathroom, and entrance. 2) edges of the toilet and sink are not cleaned well. You can see dirt formation behind the toilet as well as the water outlet in the sink. A good spray of bleach and a good scrub may do the job. I have seen several times where the housekeepers just sweep the floor without mopping or even vacuuming. The first time I stayed there, I did ask for a change of room thinking they lack the staff to clean. It was after all right after the lockdown. But to experience it for the second time was not acceptable.

Reviewed By gsa76the service staffs are very polite. we booked 1 twins room and 1 family room. there's no lift in this hotel, so if traveling with elderly probably need to choose room at the ground floor. but the activities (hotel backrooms) are happen there, so probably not suitable for those light sleeper. for twin room located ground floor, there is no window. with standing shower. for family room located first floor, it's very big with 2 king size beds. with bathtub(climbing of stairs required. we have 1 big luggage, so it's pretty challenging to carry it up and down). the bad points. 1)the toilet flooring is so slippery when it's wet. the hotel did place a pair of flip flop in the room but my granny doesn't feel comfortable wearing it. will be great if they can treat the floor with non slip solution or place non slip mat. 2) the bathtub is very high. so short people like us is quite difficult to climb in and out and there's no grip handles near. so it's quite dangerous for elderly. since the bathroom is big, it will be great if they can install standing shower. the basin pipe is spoil, so if you turn up for heavier flow of water, the water will spill from the pipe, causing wet floor. the bathroom room floor is very slippery too. 3) carpet for both rooms required cleaning badly. when we walk without shoe after shower, our soles will be all dirty when we reach the bed. hope these will be improved. it will be a better place to stay.
