We have a very nice B&B for couple, groups and everybody who wants to enjoy our place. There is a BBQ and you can sit outsite in our beautiful garden. Breakfast is 2000 extra.
An unforgettable stay in a special B&B
Reviewed By hgagdereOur time at Sergo and Arsniv's B&B is unlike any other experience we've had in Armenia, or anywhere else in the world for that matter. The hospitable couple made us feel at home for the days we were there. They made sure we had everything we needed, harvested and cooked food straight from the garden for us, called a car to pick us up from the end of a hike, and Sergo even gave me his grandmother's famous recipe. If you want to experience an Armenian village with people who make you feel like family, this is the place for you.

Pension "Odzun" built in 1971. It consists of a main building and two modern cottages with all amenities: massage rooms, billiard, tennis. Of great importance is the "living" water that treats people and the clean mountain air.

Reviewed By paulineharesOdzun hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views of th surrounding mountains. It is very isolated, so transport is neede, but we were on an organised visit, so picked up each day. Breakfast is varied and copious, and meals are, as in all the hotels we visited, enough to send you groaning for the doggy bag. Wifi is a bit hit and miss, and works much better in the garden, but I was able to stay in conrptact with home, which was nice. Unfortunately the staff speak no English, so we occasionally needed our friends to translate for us. Outdoor areas are delightful.

The house is located near the church (2minuty walk) .From the windows of the hotel is visible church. 2 rooms 2 beds + krovat.1 Room 2 separate beds. Food is grown all natural and made with his own hands (cream, cheese, butter, cottage cheese, eggs, vegetables, fruit, pickles, jams, and so on. The air and water is incomparable. Reviewed By Mylene_LaurentGreat night at Agasu Tun with Amalia and her family! We had diner with them and it was so funny as we couldn't understand eachother, thankfully Amalia spoke german and we speak dutch so that worked! All the food is grown in their garden or comes from their animals, all was so tasty and amazing. The location was perfect close to the monastery in Odzun and so quiet! We loved it!
