Reviewed By elenasO7002DWThe hotel is spotless. Beautifully located on the hill facing the grand mountains covered by snow. Unforgettable stay for skiing and exploring Zillertal area. The Family Haun and the team are extremely dedicated to visitors and make you feel special from the first minute of your stay. Fantastic choice of food, exceptional quality and presentation.All the waiters are polite and highly respectful. They know what are your preferences for a drink and always on time with a smile.Rooms are clean and well presented. Spa area and the swimming pool are essential part of the hotel complex. You will find every thing you need in the family run outstanding hotel.

La nostra sistemazione era un miniappartamento con camera da letto spaziosa, armadi e cassetti, cucina molto attrezzata. Parcheggio a disposizione. La proprietaria è stata disponibile. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Reviewed By shipckoneEverything was exactly how we have dreamed off! Away of the crowded places, silently and peacefull athmosphere. The owners are such a pleasant persons! Clean rooms, well equiped kitchen, free parking places. Coming back so tired from the slopes was like coming home, so relaxing and refreshing, was like we have been here forever! Great vacation!

Horror property
Reviewed By Razvan MThe worst thing is the owner. He speaks only german. But the sadest thing is that he entered in our room 2 times whitout telling us. The location is pet friendly but the owner is not. Our dog get scared when he entered in the room and took a small piece of a carpet. We told the owner about this and he asked us 1300 Eur for the damage. After that he come to our door 4-5 times per day and make a lot of noise. We didn't feel that have a vacantion at all.
