Excellent hotel!!!
Reviewed By Rebecca KThis hotel was just about perfect. Friendly staff, sparklingly clean room, comfortable bed. I need total sensory deprivation when I go to sleep so I really appreciated the metal blinds that completely blackened the room. If I were looking for something to niggle about in the room, it would be that the shower buttons weren’t quite intuitive and I kept pressing the wrong ones and getting water from above when I wanted the sprayer and vice versa... but maybe I was just too tired. Also, the bathroom floor got pretty wet while I was showering, but I’m really being picky here. The breakfast was great. I LOVED the big glasses they give you for drinks: most hotels only give you shot glasses so you’re running back for a refill every five minutes. Only tiny criticism here would be that the plates didn’t look like they had been washed carefully enough and the salt shaker was dirty (and I was at breakfast before it officially opened, so that must have been from the day before). But otherwise everything was excellent. I travel a lot and this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s not fancy but the overall quality was so high that it outperforms more expensive hotels where I’m often annoyed that despite the high rates the walls are thin, the curtains let in light, the bathroom isn’t clean etc.

Reviewed By N8576KJmarymThis is the second time we have stayed there on a family visit and both times the service, room and location. The breakfast is very good ( with COVID) and the staff are professional and friendly. Our room was quiet, clean and cool. Will definitely stay there again.

Reviewed By Davide_SwissDépendance de l’Hôtel Plaza mais en moins bien !! Sans réception donc vous recevez un code pour entrer et recevoir votre clé. Chambre un peu vieillotte mais assez spacieuse. Le sol grince beaucoup. Salle de bain très moderne et spacieuse, seul point positif. Le petit déjeuner est servi à l’hôtel Plaza donc 5-10 min de marche !!! Pour un buffet assez simple et médiocre. Ma chambre no 13 est très bruyante car difficile d’être plus près de la route… dommage !! La première et la dernière fois dans cet hôtel. Heureusement que le prix est raisonnable, mais mon budget n’était pas le problème donc dommage que la réception choisisse d’envoyer de bons clients vers cet hôtel !

Situated in a silence quarter not far away from the city
Reviewed By muclionsI've booked a single room - the room was greater than the most single rooms, it was absolutely cleaned and it was nearby the center of Forchheim but very silent, I could sleep with window open and in the morning a listened to the birds. Breakfast was included and for the price it was more than okay. 30 m away in a nice garden is a restaurant with Frankonian and Italian food.
