Top 7 Things to do in Haga, West Coast

January 30, 2022 Darleen Reid

Celebrate the wonders of the land and sea in Gothenburg, Sweden’s second-largest city and home to Liseberg amusement park, the country’s #1 tourist attraction. Visiting Gothenburg Archipelago is a must, as is sampling everything from modern gastronomy to ‘fika’ to the fresh-caught wonders at Feskekörka (Fish Church). Be sure to take in the Gothenburg Museum of Art, stunning contemporary art at Röda Sten Art Centre, and – if you visit in August – the incredible Way Out West music festival.

I love the cobbled streets, the architecture, the little coffee shops, restaurants and general ambiance. And the cinnamon buns. You must have a coffee and a cinnamon bun or you haven’t really been to Sweden. My other half is less impressed - it’s just cobbled streets and cafes he says. He forgets about the nice little shops. I say - go and see and then decide whose side you are on!

Hagabadet Haga

Kliv in i en annan värld. Redan när du går in genom portarna möts du av den klassiska jugendstil som ger en extra dimension till din spaupplevelse och får vardagen att kännas väldigt avlägsen. Vi guidar dig och visar hur du gör för att få den kombinationen du behöver. Här sjunker du ner i varma, härliga pooler. Stannar till en stund i sköna loungestolar. Njuter av upplevelseduschar, bastubad och mysiga relaxytor. Provar lugnande yoga och meditation. Vi kallar det PureSpa.
