The food, the service, the ambience far exceeded my expectations. I opted for the a la carte menu instead of the buffet and was so impressed. There was no way that I could eat all that was offered at their award winning buffet. I sat outside and the servers were right on top of things. They were absolutely outstanding. Polite, efficient and caring. I could not have asked for a better experience. Very hard working and professional. I walked to The Mulia from my villa resort up the road. I wanted something different for lunch and the chefs did not disappoint. I knew it would be great. The dish depicted in the pics is called Ikan Bilis, an appetizer consisting of shaved, crispy anchovies in an Indonesian spicy/sweet sauce. It had the crunchiness of bacon, was not fishy and had a nice kick. It was accompanied by a generous serving of rice and a veggie garnish. It was large enough to be a full meal. I loved it. It was then followed by a delicious Caesar salad made with large, grilled shrimp. I had never had a salad this good in the high end establishments in the United States. It was better than a Ritz-Carlton or Four Seasons. A generous bread basket was served but I declined because I was trying to stay gluten free. It looked delicious. I had the lemon iced tea and then a peach iced tea. Both were extremely high quality and beautifully presented. The menu has so many items that it is mind boggling. The pricing is very reasonable compared to the US and this will be my go to place whenever I visit Bali. 6 stars is well deserved. 5 stars is not enough. A big shout out to Edi and his assistants who treated me like royalty. If only the Mulia Management and their team could be exported to the USA. They could teach the course in hospitality and service. Thank you for such a lavish experience.

First visit in Sake no Hana Bali, first impression was really unbelieveable. Food was amazing, service was excellent. Have to try wagyu beef maki! We had lunch with friends and served by Adi. Heâs really nice guy, friendly. We will definitely come back one day!!!

Their CEVICHE (entree) is so far the BEST my boyfriend and I have ever tried around South East Asia Not over flavoring, but letting you feel the taste of the fish (although I personally think adding some avocado would be a better combo)! You must try their fried sushi (the Monkey one!) It is a very GREAT combination (explosion of flavor!!!) Stuffs are very kindly and helpful at the beginning of the meal, they do have some peanuts with fried garlic (I LOVE them! It's a great start of the meal with some beer) Also they do serve you miso soup at the end of the meal (warmer your heart and stomachâ¤ï¸) p.s. if you wanna take a break from those Western dishes, give a try here AND TRY THEIR CEVICHEEE

Wow! What a great restaurant with great personal service.At first, the music set us off as it felt like we were entering a night club. I took my partner here as a surprise for his 25th birthday and he was overwhelmed with how much food we got and how GREAT it tasted! We ordered 3 rolls (California, Rainbow, and Crunchy Tuna) and the dumplings as a appetizer and 2 juices which equated to 274,000rhp and was definitely enough to split between the two of us. The chef was very friendly and very good at his profession! It took around 20 minutes for everything to be delivered so if your going I would allot a bit of time to the experience. I would definitely find a way to stop here during your trip to Bali!

Good little place to have Some sushi. We went for lunch and we were the only ones on the restaurant. Portions are ok and prices are good although sometimes the fish that was used seemed like it had no taste. But for the price that was fine
