This was such a find, just down from the planetarium. Excellent steaks from around the World, I had the Czech aged ribeye and it was delicious. My husband had their specialty of ribs and they fell off the bone, so tender. If you like your meat then I recommend a visit, you pay by the weight of 100g and pick how many grams youâd like. The staff were brilliant, you canât want for more.

Really a great place for steaks and I thing generally for anything. Interior was nice and completely full of people. I had medium diamond muscle steak with grilled vegetable as a main course. Their demi-glace sauce is excellent For drinking, I wanted to order a lemonade, but I didn't want to have it so sweet. Waitress told me that they can prepare whatever I like so I can have jar of water with ingredients or the lemonade that I had chosen without something specific and so on. I like this kind of flexibility towards customers. Maybe one think that I think about as negative were small stairs to terrace from which you enter the restaurant. They're at parking lot and right in from of them is a parking place. Whether you go up or down, you have just a little space to avoid a car that parks in from of the stairs. Little bit unusual for a main entrance that should welcome you.

Probably best steak house in town.Mostly locals.Cosy, relaxed atmosfere, 80ties style place, which at first, may not impress, as it looks as any pub in Brno. Tasting the food, opinion surely changes.Basic steakhouse cooking with best ingredients.Share some different meat, and a couple of sauces.Good draft beer.Friendly personnel.Private seating, with space between tables. Located right next to Brno Expo grounds and Holiday inn, this chic little steakhouse served some awesome meat at great value. Whilst the burgers looked incredible, I opted for the 600g tomahawk matured rib eye on the bone, cooked as I wanted - to perfection. Other meat options included Ostrich, rabbit, buffalo with other varying weekly specials. With great service and total satisfaction, I hit it twice in two days!

Ate here as a group during the week and it was excellent. The food and drinks menu is fantastic - you can build your own dish or mix and match for children. Ambiance is excellent for both business or family situations. Food quality was top class both for starters and mains. Service was also excellent and price good. Really little to complain about here.

We chose La Bouchee for a small family birthday lunch. I recall the place being neat with a attentive service and delicious food. Resting on one's laurels? First of all: if you serve something as a speciality, make sure it's damn mouth watering. I ordered the lamb and sadly the meat was hard and chewy. Spinach muffin had a weird sticky texture. Sad for a chef speciality. Creme brulee combo was okay-ish, escargots were nice, not impressive, but nice. The service was probably lost somewhere... the waitress didn't even bother to offer drinks, we had to push her to tell us what's available. Then she brought bread, well only bread. Is it a new fashion thing to serve bread and no butter or some spread? Even scented olive oil would be a plus! The interior of the restaurant would deserve some serious fix. The toilet door color gone from all the hands touching it is expected in a restaurant of a different price band. Last but not least, the restaurant presents itself as a slightly upscale-ish for local standards. Okay, but then having guests over in the wine cellar who run around in dirty jeans short and swear loudly? Well sure a way to ruin your appetite. If you wanna be somewhat around the area, go to Forhaus, close by, same price range and way better service and food.

After visiting the nearby Tech Museum, stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. Was immediately seated even though the dining hall was near full. Waiter provided menus and took drink order while making a few recommendations. Waiter Immediately returned and took orders based on his recommendations. Food was excellent, service was great. Very pleased. Would recommend restaurant to any visitor looking for an American style menu.
