Reviewed By jeoesjeThis hotel has a Four Star rating. It is , however, the worst hotel we ever stayed in. Small dark room, stifling with no air conditioning. The bathroom had no shampoo or bodylotion. The socalled garden was furnished with uncomfortable furniture. The staff unprofessional.

Alle unsere Zimmer verfügen über ein komfortables Schlafsystem sowie Dusche und WC, Fön, Haar und Körperpflegeprodukten, Safe, Flachbild-TV, Kabelfernsehen, Telefon, Internetzugang mittels WLAN oder Modemanschluss am Schreibtisch. Unser reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet steht Ihnen von Montag bis Samstag von 06:30 - 10:00 Uhr zur Verfügung an Sonn- und Feiertagen von 08:00 - 11:00 Uhr. Unsere Rezeption ist von Montag bis Samstag ab 06:30 – 22:30 Uhr und an Sonn- Feiertagen von 07:00 – 22:00 besetzt. Änderungen sind saisonbedingt möglich. Reviewed By 8PitNice place in the city center of Ried. Very friendly stuff and also very helpful regarding food and all the other stuff, which is pretty complicated during Covid19 lock-down. But we fould a solution! Clean and nice rooms with a small sweet on your cozy bed.

Terrible service
Reviewed By Tomas_HrubyThe hotel itself is clean, however the service was from a horror show. The owner accused us of trying to steal from him, although in reality he just thought the payment was going through Booking.com and since no one was present at the reception during the time of our arrival, nor during the time of our checkout, there was no way we could have known he wanted us to pay directly. The owner then acted arrogantly and wasn't willing to admit his mistake. I do not recommend staying there.

Reviewed By PUTPUTUJOsternacherhof is a fantastic familly owned hotel. We return year after year! It is very comfortable, homey, you have everything you need. Rooms are very comfortable and clean! The owner Hans and his familly are very kind and hospitable! It is 5 min away from autobahn A8, easily accessible from autobahn, especially if you’re tired after a long journey! There is a supermarket, gas station and bank nearby. The pets are welcome! The breakfast which is included in the price is fantastic! The restaurant also serves homemade dishes during the day and in the evening! We can recommend everything on the menu but if you are a familly with kids try the ice cream! It is made on a local farm with fresh milk! It is especially comfortable for families and I will not forget to mention the fresh air!

Beautiful place to stay
Reviewed By Ovee HLoved staying at this hotel. Everything was awesome. Rooms were comfortable. Facilities convenient. There is Access to wi fi. Very clean andtidy. All staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The restaurant had lovely meals. The view from the hotel and the surrounding areas were magnificent. Wish we could have stayed longer! We are already planning our next visit.

Reviewed By ZsuOHWhen we entered the not little at all wooden cabin, our jaws dropped! I fell in love with the pictures on Booking.com, but actually it is even much-much-much nicer in real life!! It is breath taking, it is lovely, it was the best accommodation of our 11 day European trip. The only thing I regret is that we didn't get chance to use it more, as we arrived late and left early in the morning. I didn't expect the cabin to be in the garden of the owner, which was a little surprise, but as we only stayed for a night, it didn't bother us.
