Reviewed By Anne MLovely little in hotel in a small town. Bright modern dining room but the rest of the hotel is filled with objects of a bygone age and it is wonderful. Extensive selection at breakfast and three choices at dinner. There was 4 of us at the table an had different things. I had the fish which was superb. Bowls of rice, chips, and salad accompanied the meals too. It is a very traditional hotel, small narrow staircase, passages etc and very nice place to stay for two or three nights if in the area.

Reviewed By Tiara VWe have never stayed at the hotel but Hotel Lamm is our family's favourite place to have breakfast. Whenever we just want to get together, or for birthdays and any special occasions, it's always our first choice. The staff were always friendly and professional, foods were always fresh and there are various options of breads, juice, champagne, cold cuts and cheese, cereal, fruits and yoghurt, freshly made scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausages. You can't ask for more!

First time in the Spessart region
Reviewed By siegfriedr143We found the Hotel on the internet, where it was stated that they had used the Corona lock-down for an update, and it was newly re-opened. We arrived mid-day, and were very surprized that nobody bothered to ask for evidence of our vaccination or whether we have been tested. Covid restrictions were in place, though, elsewhere in the hotel. The Hotel as such is very nice situated, both interior and exterior appear well kept. There is a nice pool, but the spa area is quite little for a hotel in this price category and size. There was a room called "fitness", not much bigger than my walk-in closet at home, and therefore not very useful. Housekeeping staff seemed to be very inexperienced, and mostly not speaking german well. The staff in the reception and front of house were service minded and helpful, when issues arise. There is a lot to do in the geographical area, and one can have long walks right from the hotel. We stayed for 14 days, but next time we rather use one of the packed deals. For this category, we thought that the prices were a bit stiff, but all in all it was a nice stay.

Reviewed By swarmbrunnWe visited this restaurant on our last evening with family in Germany. It was about 20 people. From the beginning to the end this was horrible service. The staff seem to be more irritated we were a large crowd. Once meals did arrive the staff seemed to be confused on who ordered what... I fully understand we were a table of 20 people however a restaurant of that caliber should have experienced staff.. I ordered the schnitzel pefferling The first problem this was not a schnitzel I am not sure what it was but I am sure that it was not a schnitzel....I was very disappointed that our last evening felt very rushed and very dis-organized.
