My boyfriend and I visited the Upper House Spa on a recommendation from my sister, and wow was it amazing! Check-in to the spa was easy, changing rooms clean, and all amenities provided for you in the locker (towel, robe and slippers). We were given a tour of the spa before starting, which was helpful. It is also mobile-free, which I think is fantastic as we felt SO detoxed after our day there! We decided to do the Spa Experience where we were given a bag with different products to use in different areas of the spa. The pools were clean, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor pool. The sauna was great, and we enjoyed using the ice provided to stimulate blood circulation. The spa also provides shampoo, conditioner and body wash at every shower (and in the changing rooms) which were really good quality and smelt amazing... I washed my hair twice while we were there!! Although it is pricey, I really do think it is worth every penny. We spent 4.5 hrs at the spa, and the staff carefully regulate the number of customers using the spa to ensure it never feels ‘busy’, and maintains the feeling of being exclusive. I really really recommend this spa, and will definitely come back again in the future!
