Built in 1799, this Baroque fountain marked the completion of the first town waterworks.

The historic fountain enhances the centre of this delightful village which has several important buildings near in the pedestrian zone. It is in excellent condition since restoration work has been done this century.

This was one of our many stops during the 20th century free walking tour, where we learnt all about Nikola Pasic, (essentially the father/founder Yugoslavia), his monument/statue has pride and place in the centre of the square, there is also an architecturally beautiful fountain within the square that is very popular in summer.
