Reviewed By crocteaserI left after 2 nights. The security is stupid.. staff stand everywhere watching guests. In pool, at gym, you need to swipe your room key 4 times just to get to your room. Ac in rooms does not stay on when you leave so rooms are hot. Booked included breakfast but our visit was during Ramadan so they were not offering the buffet.. had to go somewhere else for food. Local tours don't finish until late afternoon but pool closes at 6pm, so does gym. Staff chase you from pool at 6pm on the dot so despite the fact there are no rooms to disturb on the rooftop of a 18 story high-rise you still can't cool off. Stunning artwork throughout but spoiled by over doing security and guest services. Not at all impressed

Spacious villa for big family in a nice environment
Reviewed By BSFamPro: *Spacious unit with 3 bed room *Very nice environment as it was located inside the quiet residential society *Very convenient environment for elderly and kids *Can take a morning or afternoon walk around the complex or *Can go for swimming or play basket ball *good location if you are looking for location not in the hectic of city center Cons: *Master bedroom in level 2 with no elevator, so it will be hard if you want to put parents with difficulty to walk upstairs *Having problems with water in the morning. My experience suddenly stop during shower *Very limited hot water *Toilet bring out bed smell *Towels looked dull *Might little bit far from city center such as Malioboro
