Доступные цены при этом всё необходимое в номере есть.Спасибо всем сотрудникам! Администраторам Светлане и Серафиме огромное спасибо!!! Есть возможность подняться на лифте на 25-ый этаж и посмотреть с балкона вид города.Не большая ложка дёгтя)) Не берите номера на втором этаже, рядом железная дорога, составы гремят. Балкона нет, по этому звука изоляция не очень.

Comfortable and modern apartments in the center of Novosibirsk. We also have registration desk, wake-up call service and lobby bar. Staying in our apartments is the best decision for whose who has long business trip (over 30 days) or has an intention to say in our city for a long time. We also have English speaking staff. In our apartments we combine hotel service with home atmosphere.
Disappointed
Reviewed By Tim SHaving stayed at this place a fair bit I expected good service at least. This did not happen. My booking was not recorded and I had to book into another hotel at short notice due to their blunder. So finally in the room and the sheets were threadbare and one actually tore in the washing machine. I was made to pay for a replacement which was another threadbare sheet that already had two small holes in. The range hood stopped working. So there was no exhaust fan for cooking or lights over the stove for two weeks. No compensation and not so much as a 'sorry'. Up until this point I was mildly disappointed, but then it came time for the deposit to be returned. Well I was astonished. The receptionist and the cleaner came into the room and went over everything with a fine tooth comb. The white curtain apparently had something wrong with it and so that was about £30. The microwave had a brown cooking mark inside at the top. It may well have been there before, but seriously the thing worked fine and I didn't even know there was a mark there - £50. Other odds and ends were added until the equivalent of the entire deposit was reached. Funny that. So basically don't expect your deposit back at the end of your stay. Luckily I checked the inventory and no microwave was listed. So I refused to pay for that much to their annoyance. I have included 3 photos. One is the brown mark on the roof of the microwave - invisible unless you put your head in it. The other is the white curtain. Can you see anything wrong with it? I can't. The third shows one of the holes in the replacement sheet. I paid for that sheet with the hole in which was basically why the last one ripped. Go figure. So we left feeling ripped off and unpleasant. If you can stay somewhere else would be my advice.

Учитываются все пожелания, подбирается вариант именно для вас, оказывается помощь в любом вопросе, корректируется время заезда-выезда при необходимости! Обязательно буду ещё пользоваться услугами этого агентства, и, конечно, рекомендовать его друзьям и знакомым!

Reviewed By Dmitry ZНИКОГДА, НИКОГДА не останавливайтесь в этом отеле. А если останавливаетесь, то ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО берите у хозяев телефон, что угодно для связи. Потому что, когда вы приезжаете в пять утра и начинаете звонить ПО КВАРТИРАМ, чтобы вас впустили в подъезд - вы рискуете остаться зимой на улице. Жильцов это уже достало. Если это читает администрация отеля - включите уже наконец свой мозг, пожалуйста.
