My friend whom I was visiting suggested we go here the morning I was leaving Dresden as she had walked past it before and fancied giving it a try. The porridge was really excellent, (almost all of them are vegan too!) with plenty of selection. The two girls working Nico and Lea (sorry if I spelt your names wrong!) were really pleasant too. If you're looking for a place for a quick, healthy breakfast but with a nice atmosphere this is the place to go.

What an amazing place to have breakfast. I was a little sceptical about having a good breakfast in a train station. Who would have thought this was possible. Wow, was I wrong! From the moment we walked in I loved it. It felt warm and inviting. The selection of breakfast options was amazing. It cost only â¬15 to eat all you want. So many choices. From omletes to fresh fruit , sausages and specialty teas. The staff were helpful and spoke English. The only thing I thought could be improved was having water included in the price. I would highly recommend this as a breakfast venue. It was a fair distance from our hotel but well worth the drive.

Wir testen mal das Hüftgold. Die Lage ist ok, die Parkplatzsituation nicht! Dafür kann das Restaurant aber nix, ist als Hinweis für Besucher mit Auto gedacht. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist prima, die Preise akzeptabel. Gute Küche, da Alles frisch zubereitet wird. Ich entschied mich für die Sülze, was eine gute Wahl war. Fazit: Freundlicher Service und gute Hausmannskost laden zum Verweilen ein. Auch unter der Wiche sollte man vorsichtshalber reservieren!

LadenCafe Aha provides great alternatives to meat-heavy German cuisine, and we ate here twice during our recent visit to Dresden. Our first evening was dedicated to soups --kohlrabi and lentil, both of which were very tasty (plus salad). During our second visit we tried the vegan linguini and spinach lasagne, which were also very good. Servings are ample, the restaurant is moderately priced, and our server was very friendly. I wish there were more places like LadenCafe Aha both at home and when traveling!

This was recommended so we went before our walking tour. Martin Luther church is visible from the restaurant. A seat outside involves and we had to cover our juice beverage pronto. We ordered the Hearty Breakfast: scrambled eggs, piled high w bacon and sausages. 3 pieces of toast w a dish of butter. No jam offered. Tasty food. Our waitress was detached and impersonable. Perhaps because she was managing the entire outside by herself. A nice place to sit but the sun does come up and is quite hot. Bathroom inside is clean and easy to get to. No stairs. We had lunch here--the bratwurst with sauerkraut was OK, the chicken with rice was good, and the sauerbraten with potato dumplings was excellent. Service was good and the decor is fun.

For me cafe positano is the place to go to if you want to eat or buy great cakes of any kind. No matter if you choose fruit cakes or the ones with cream all of them excell. It's pricey but definitely worth while.
