Best stay of our trip
Reviewed By Siggi SmáriIn the two nights we stayed Roberta far exceeded our expectations. She gave us excellent advice about the surrounding area and valuable insight into Italian mindset. We had access to the kitchen which saved us after a mouthwatering visit to the local delicatessen. The breakfast was tip top as were all the facilities. Can't wait to visit there again.

Excellent food and welcoming people
Reviewed By Mayada LMy husband and I were walking the St. Francisé way when we stopped for a night at this guest house. The couple running the place immediately received us with smiles, warm welcome, bread and wine. They could feel what we needed. It was a simple gesture that went a long way. The room was spacious and clean. Dinner was delicious. They definitely take pride in their cooking. They accommodated for my dietary restrictions even though I forgot to tell them before they placed a big plate of meat appetizers on the table. They immediately offered me my own vegetarian appetizer. Thoughtful people!

Good Value - Transit Hotel
Reviewed By CypruswinemanI have just returned to Cyprus from a weeks walking holiday to Umbria with the Cyprus Services Rambling Club (38 of us). Our host (Enzo Scopetta) from the Club Alpino Italiano chose this Hotel for our six night stay as it was within our limited budget and centrally based for our planned walks. The comments already made are varied and it is true that some of the rooms need modernising. However, the rooms were cleaned every day with clean towels and a mid week sheet change and have a small fridge and TV. We were on half board and it was obvious that the staff were not used to large groups as Breakfast was a bit hit and miss but this was made up for by the excellent evening meal consisting of typical Umbrian dishes accompanied by very gluggable red wine & bottled water; our waiter was excellent and did not have any problem coping with the large group and as the Hotel is also a Pizzeria, we were also provided with excellent Pizzas . The family who run the Hotel are very friendly and the bar prices not extortionate; all staff coped very well with the varied demands of our group.

Reviewed By AFBuonoWe had a comfortable and lovely experience. You will find a one of a kind experience in an ancient castle located on a mountain side. Gorgeous views! Our apartment was very cozy and homey. We had everything you could ever need in our place: tv, Wifi, kitchenette, heating, coffee machine, and more! The staff Will accompany you to the site and there is parking available! You can also have your breakfast delivered to your room! This is an experience you have to try!
