Riccione has dozens of beach bars and restaurants and many are OK. At the edge of Riccione one can find La Griglia however, a truly great restaurant. We stumbled upon La Griglia last year, and we were determined to go back this summer. On both occasions the restaurant could only be described as excellent. At first, this may look like any beach restaurant - with elevated prices. From the moment the first dish is served, you'll notice this is not your ordinary beach trattoria. This is just a great restaurant - that happens to be on the beach. It's not a tourist trap in any way. The prices are rather high, but it feels like that's because they serve high quality, not because they're trying to rip people off.We've had a variety of pasta's and main dishes and everytime they were among the best I've ever tasted. The spaghetti allo scoglio for example (shellfish spaghetti) is a popular dish along the Adriatic coast, but the version made by La Griglia has to rank among the best.The service is also very friendly especially towards children. Next time we're back in Riccione, La Griglia will be our first stop. PS: La Griglia is just across the Riccione minigolf course. With small children, we found the combination of family minigolf first, followed by a dinner at La Griglia a truly excellent combination.

We have been yesterday here for dinner. We had antipasti, toast with different topings.and then we ate pizza. Many italians had pizza on meters. It was ok but a little to burn for me.

A couple of good Italian craft brews on the menu along with a nice international list of bottles and taps. A nice casual spot with some atmosphere, bright. Service was good. They have pizza, burgers, and piadine - a flatbread sandwich that looks like a taco but tastes totally different. The food is ok, come for the beer and a snack. Tuesday night they have a beer and all you can eat pizza for 10 euro, pretty good deal if you are hungry.

I liked lots of thing about this restaurant. Itâs decorated with South American souvenirs. It speciality are argentine steak. But I have taken local foods, piadine and vegetable. Superb services, peoples are very friendly.The only thing I havenât like the size of the steaks. In the menu there was steak of 300, 350, 400 and only 250 g, Iâm a big fan of Argentine steaks but this much and big leaves are too much.

We enjoyed a nice seafood meal here after a recommendation from a local resident. We had the shared platter for two. I loved seeing all of the signatures from the Moto GP riders who have also enjoyed the food and hospitality here.Good food and good value. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the meal came in a short time.Ample parking close by was welcome too. Seafood was good for the Adriatic although a little down on other areas not so fished out.

Thomas is a must see place in Rimini riviera!Beautifully located close to the Adriatic sea, this amazing fish restaurant offers incredible fish dishese at affordable prices!I visited twice with some good drinking friends and the second time was even better than the first time!You must have their Antipasto misto di pesce, either with white sparkling wive or cool red dry lambrusco!Then, please try their amazing Risotto di Pesce; continue with nice grilled fish from the Adriatic! They just need to put a little more effort into deserts, which are good but not excellent as their fish plates!Personnel is skilled and very nice, in particular Belinda, Benedetta and big boss Kapo!!!will come back soon
