The best restaurant I found in Germany
Reviewed By Carlo GIf you are around Rothenburg do not miss this restaurant. It is located in the countryside and looks quite simple but.... In a country where "fresh food" is less and less known and practiced, this small restaurant stands as a brilliant star. Everything is fresh (of high or very high quality), and prepared at the moment. We had meat (lamb and beef) and I can say it was much better than the meat we had the day before in the "best" restaurant of Hamburg. Don't miss the blueberry dessert: they put together blueberries (of the highest quality) and a bit of fresh goat cheese: the combination look heretical but the net effect is fabulous.

Our Gasthof Linden is situated in the lovely quiet village of Linden. Traditional cooking, only using products of our franconian area gives makes our food so special. Only 120 m in distance is our new Wildkrauterhotel. 18 rooms, every with the charme of an local herb, in colour and style makes this hotel so diffrent. Come in and relax....We give you the chance of feeling home even being far away from it.

Reviewed By benjsnyderGasthof Linden won our vote for the best local food during our 10 day trip to Germany. The menu had lots of options and the food was excellent. We also stayed at their hotel 100 meters away in a separate building. The room was a typical German hotel room and the breakfast buffet was more than adequate with cooked to order eggs. Located only 10 minutes from Rothenburg O.B. Tauber. Definitely a great option if you are going to Rothenburg.

Reviewed By Shaz1324Booked an over night here on our road trip to Bulgaria. Cant fault this lovely guesthouse. On a working farm in a lovely little village. The hosts were excelent and it clearly reflects the hard work love and devotion that has gone into this venture. Spotless clean room comfy beds great continental breakfast.they didnt do an evening meal but the host made us a cold meat and cheese bread and salad with home made incredients from their organic farm which was very much appriciated after a long drive from Calais.would not hesitate in recommending and would stay again.oh and lovely cold beer. Value for money too.

Reviewed By Hugo R8 Tage toller & erholsamer Urlaub auf der Old West Ranch bei Windelsbach! Supernette unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Unsere 2 Pferde, 2 Hunde & wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an in der kleinen mit sehr viel Liebe erbauten Western City wohl gefühlt. Hunde können sich bei guter Führung frei bewegen. Pferde haben gleich bei den supersauberen und im Westernstil eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen eine Box mit Paddock. Die Reitwege rund um die Old West Ranch sind sehr schön mit vielen Wiesen- & unbefestigten Waldwegen. Hier lässt’s sich‘s Leben & Urlaub machen… da muss man hin! Danke! LG A & C
