Posle dve nedelje u hotelu odlucile smo spontano doci u ovaj Apartment.. sve pohvale jako prijatan Personal prihvate te kao da ste kuci, preporucila bih svakome i naravno opet cemo doci ???????????

Reviewed By jeanna09We stayed here from May 14th 2020 for 2 weeks. The room was small but functional and cleaned daily to a good standard, the shower was disappointing however. The bar and waiting staff were very hard working and this is where we gave our tips. The outside of the hotel is cleaned every morning again to a good standard. We had enough sunbeds but in peak season they would struggle. We went to the beach via the transfer shuttle a couple of times and it was nice and very busy. The downside was that the hotel is clearly for German people, we only met 2 other english families in our second week. This was reflected in the animation, the team purposely did not speak to us until 4 days before we left and I feel this was due to them not speaking English as only the head animation could speak English. The shops in and around the hotel advertise everything in euros and prefer you to pay this way. The food was nice and we ate well every day. We had an issue with our return transfer and the hotel reception couldn't have been more helpful sorting it out for us. There was nothing wrong with the hotel but due to lack of english and english speaking staff (some of the waiters struggled to understand us) I wouldn't visit again. We were told whilst in shops Side is mostly german people now and they were surprised to see English.

Reviewed By 195kirstinelI booked (28 may) the hotel thinking it was a 5 star hotel, ohh dear was I wrong. The staff is extremely rude when you present with a problem that they have to sort out. They hardly speak any English, mostly only German ( 90% German hotel). The standard room in size is okay. But the ac unit did not respond to different degrees of temp only really cold. The condition of the room was okay, but the amount of dust and old findernails under the bed was just awful. So cleaning or the lack of, was terrible. The beds on the hotel is rock hard and I mean rockhard! No topmatress available, or at least thats what the receptionist told us. We were traveling with a baby, and got rotavirus from eating the food, maybe because of bad hygiene here as well. The food the restaurant is heavily influenced by Germany and description of the food is in German. The hotel speaks very limited English, but almost every one can speak German (90% German hotel) All in all a terrible experience and not worthy of 5 starts, maybe 3 tops

Wonderful hotel if you don't mind speaking German
Reviewed By Kbean20192019I didn't realise when booking that the hotel guests would be 100 percent German, apart from us, and the staff would all speak mostly German. One staff member spoke very good English and was really friendly and welcoming and some a little English. Luckily my GCSE German came into good use. I wouldn't recommend staying here without basic German knowledge. The hotel is beautiful, with every detail thought about. We stayed in the superior room, which was plenty spacious. The beach is lovely, with silky smooth sand and shallow waters. The food was really excellent. Some of the guests were a bit rude and stared at us quite a lot, but just ignored. Overall a lovely, relaxing holiday.

Reviewed By wilf440On arriving at the hotel, we went to check in and the lady did not speak one word of English. After 1 hour of trying to check in which should not have took that long as there was no one else checking in we finally got to our room only to find it was extremely hot in the room as no air con was on what so ever not only in the room but throughout the whole hotel!!! there was also no porter to help with luggage etc. to add to the heat of the room the fridge was overheating of which we had to turn off unplug and defrost the small freezer in order for it to cool down. We then had to go back down to reception in darkness as they turn all the lights off to demand to be move to another room and was told to come back in the morning. We have no follow up from the hotel the next morning what so ever. We requested a safe for the room at extra cost but had to have it reset twice after the maid had entered the room both times. After that we did not let the maid in and cleaned the room ourselves. A maintenance man turned up at our room wanting to paint something of which they had no request from us but we sent him away. The room itself was very basic for e.g. the beds are very hard, the tap in bathroom was appalling built up concrete just to hold it in place. Under the sink was disgusting with black mould. The lock on the patio doors was loose and the laundry attachment was hanging out the wall. Carpet throughout the hotel was stuck with tape onto the carpet strips and air con was pretty much non existent. The lifts worked every now and again and one day my husband saw them pumping water from one of the lift shafts. You would be in them and the lights would flicker on and off and they also do not have air con.This whole hotel is not geared up for English people what so ever. It is geared up for German and Dutch, and the same goes for the food. We had to eat out most nights and the food was awful or it always ran out way before end of dinner time on nights that they had a BBQ. Conditions around the pool were so dangerous for e.g. the pool steps totally lifted out of the ground in main pool, tiles by children's pool were cracked and no life guards at all. The entertainment team were rude of which we complained and were always on the case of young girls on their own. Everything is the same day in day out in the way of food,entertainment,and so called activities.i left those plates and glasses their on that table and they were there for 36hrs, this is by the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, if I was to rate this hotel it would manage 1 star rating I’ll close it down,
