But the experience feels special and the captain with the helper is a marvel of information and kindness.Here it is fishing with reflection that applies, so it is not always that the catch is large.Food on the table is guaranteed in the small boathouse.Seafood platter with everything except the oysters, cheese serving and dessert could be more exciting though.Comfortable rooms in Nordic rustic style, provide good sleep quality after a few hours at sea.Only missing toiletries for the shower and a slightly more modest pricing for heating the hot tub. Very friendly and service-oriented staff. A little souvenir shop and tasteful art to buy.

At TanumStrand you choose whether you want to stay at the hotel or in a bungalow by the sea. If you come by boat you can easily leave it at our guest dock.At TanumStrand there are 165 hotel rooms in total.Most of our rooms have a sea view and a balcony. A lot of our rooms have also two spear beds that can easily be folded down from the wall, or a connected room. This makes it more convenient for families with children. Our bungalows are positioned close by with walking distance to the restaurant and swimming areas. All of the bungalows have their own outside areas, fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms and TV. There are 97 bungalows in three different sizes that fit 450 beds in total.TanumStrand is located close to Grebbestad in Bohuslän and is situated next to the sea. Sweden's pearl of the west coast. Welcome for a unique experience!
Terrible experience
Reviewed By A9694TYanarReally unhappy with my experience at Tanum Strand, Sweden. It's not a hotel for large or complex events. I would not even choose this hotel for a family break, despite how beautiful the surroundings could be. The hotel rooms are quite small, some of the bedrooms don't have windows, the sofa bed was broken and of course, none available to repair it. I reported the lack of capacity into the hotel room only to find, when back in my room after dinner, that none had come and fixed the sofa bed's problem. In the end I had to share a double bed with a colleague as there was no capacity in the hotel to fix the bed's issue. I have to admit that the worst came at night when I suddenly realized that we were sharing a room with a naughty mouse that spent hours climbing through the curtains. After 1 hour persecuting the animal I had to sleep with the doors to the balcony wide open with the hope the mouse would consider my room as bad as myself and leave. I wish I could have done that myself too :(

Saltviks Camping lies in northern Bohuslän, 5 km north of Grebbestad. It is beautifully situated in the natural surroundings of a valley by the sea. Tjurpannans Nature Reserve is found on both sides of the camping site. This gives you a wonderful opportunity for wandering in Bohuslän's nature.
Nice and quiet place
Reviewed By Streaky2309Saltviks Camping is a very nice and quiet place right next to Tjurpannans Naturreservat. For us, a little family with a 6 months old baby, the place had everything we needed. The restrooms and all other facilities were clean. The way to the Naturreservat is a walk over sticks and stones but we could easily manage it with the baby. It is definitely worth it to walk there!

Mysigt och småskaligt bed & breakfast! Vi satsar på kvalitet och hållbarhet - här möts ni av bäddade sängar i skön ekologisk bomull som omsluter nya täcken och kuddar. Njut länge av en god frukostbuffé med flera ekologiska inslag i vår nyrenoverade matsal eller umgås på de soliga terrasserna.

Reviewed By Greg GSo should a b&b be Done. We usually do Hotels and Luxury but we Chose the location here. Not disapointed. Great house and really Clean. Even sharing showers was no problem here. Breakfast great and eating out evenings was great nearby at the waterfront. Great base for daytrips and kayak Tours. WLAN worked and we slept well. Well done for Making this great house a great place to Stay. Thank you

Not the Ritz, but served its purpose
Reviewed By Lars B HThey called me on beforehand to advise on the code for entering the building, and the choose a fourdigit code based on various revolutions ! Nice touch ! Extremely small room with a sink, loo and shower in the hall. I was one of four guests and the only male, so getting a shower in the morning did not require a wait. Reasonable price and value for money, smack on the harbour with late evening sun pouring ino the room !
