We stumbled over the place by accident, as we were actually looking for another restaurant and couldn't find it. Everything was excelent: the food was outstanding, absolutely fresh and yummy, the service really nice, and prices more than reasonable. An oasis amidst all the rather average places of Chipre and Manizales, not only for veggies. They also have a small library and some games, so we played cards while waiting for our food. Lovely place, excellent food, nice people.

Una carta amplia en sushi y otros platos orientales, la gran oferta de sushi permite tener opciones para Principiantes, intermedios y avanzados. De todas las clases. Local amplio y con buenas ubicaciones y calentadores para la terraza que permite soportar el frÃo. Todo hubiese sido maravilloso si el servicio no se hubiera tardado cerca de 1 hora y 30 minutos desde que se realizó el. Pedido. La espera fue eterna y más aún cuando estamos en compañÃa de niños. Se abona que en razón de la exagerada tardanza en el servicio dieron una entrada adicional a la pedida totalmente gratis. Pero la tardanza fue total hasta para entregar una bebida, para completar la cuenta contaba con dos artÃculos no pedidos y menos consumidos. Algo que no puede pasar en un restaurante de prestigio. Ojalá mejoren en el servicio y en la atención de uno de sus meseros, que realmente fue desafortunada. Se salva la comida. El sushi, la entrada y el postre merecen decir que fueron fabulosos. Pero si no hubiese sido por el aguacero que caÃa nos hubiéramos ido a otro sitio.

Me parece que estos son los sitios que le hacen falta a Manizales, menos de lo mismo. La decoración del sitio me parece muy buena, de buen gusto. La atención es excelente y el ambiente es realmente agradable, permite desconectarse un poco del afán diario.He notado que están realizando actividades culturales, bien por ello! espero ir más frecuentemente.

We were strolling around this neighbourhood when the friendly Margarita stepped out to show us around âLa Proleâ. In near-perfect English she gave us a tour and the story of the restaurant making it feel more like a museum or gift shop!When we did sit we were rewarded with two good veggie burgers and a selection of good craft beers.A neat spot with good food and drink, plus efficient, kind service. What else do you need?

The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. They did not even want to bring water to all my guests after they cried I have to pay for tap water which i don't care it's a surprise 40th birthday we are all trying to have a good time. Asked for the servers to walk around and get everyone's drink order and still they did not. They have no clue about service, its absurd. Would never return because of how horrible they just are at service and attitude. Thanks for nothing rooftop azotea yiu guys are a joke.Buen dÃa Konrad, saludos.Como lo explicamos en las respuestas anteriores, queremos dejar bastante clara la cuestión más importante de este caso, y es que el respeto a nuestro personal es primero, no se discute y es inamovible bajo cualquier motivo, pues su bienestar, como el de los clientes, también es 100% nuestra prioridad.Tu actitud no fue la adecuada, y no basta con excusarse por el tema cultural; porque asà sonemos reiterativos, el respeto por el otro en un principio universal; y agredir verbal y fÃsicamente a alguien, es algo que simplemente NO va con nuestra polÃtica de servicio tanto como organización, y como personas.También queremos dejar claro que el tema del agua y las bebidas de más fue un malentendido: Por polÃticas internas, no obsequiamos el agua, la vendemos en la presentación de la botella; y desde el principio, la orden del servicio estaba establecida acorde a la señorita que pidió la cotización del evento, nosotros intentamos explicar eso de la manera más educada, pues sà querÃamos vender otros productos de nuestra carta, pero intentamos dar a entender que estos mismos serÃan cobrados de manera separada.Gracias por la atención Konrad.

We got the prawn appetizer, zucchini soup, lamb (entree), tuna (entree), milhoja dessert, and the chef was kind enough to let us try a variety of homemade jams. The service and food were excellent. We had reservations and did not have to wait long for the order to be taken and the food to be ready.
