Venao Coffee Roasters is a Specialty Coffee Shop & Roastery based in the lovely Playa Veano. We only use Direct-Trade Panamanian Specialty Coffee from Boquete and Volcán. On the other hand we try to only use Panamanian products or from the area of Azuero

This place has been around for a long time and is run by an elderly woman who appears to be somewhat famous for this bakery. The walls are adorned with pics of I am guessing famous people that have visited the bakery over the years. It does serve some dishes and sandwiches , but I would say this is more bakery. It seems to be a spot people would come to in groups while visiting town. I rarely saw the solo's here. It was mostly frequented by locals the times I came. I was satisfied with my experience and I recommend if you are in the are give it a try along with the bakery on the main road which I also tried.

....ist das, was in diesem kleinen Café produziert wird. Super Brötchen, etwas massiv, aber knusprig und lecker. Super sind auch das pan dulce, die Brioches und der Kaffee.

My wife and I have visited El Portalito during our trips to Pedasi and enjoy the familial, casual and truly Pedasi welcoming atmosphere. We enjoy the various desserts served, but my favorite is the Maracuya (Passion Fruit) cheese cake. What I enjoy most is the hospitality of the family who owns and serves these delicious treats.They are very warm and friendly and are accomodating when we try our Spanish in ordering our food. Any visit to Pedasi should include a stop to El Portalito.

$2.50 for lunch! How can you go wrong?! Only one item on the menu each day. Only serves breakfast and lunch. Get their early b/c once the food runs out she closes. One of our favorite meals during our stay here in Pedasi. Authentic, expensive and tasty! Thank you Mama Fefa's!

Cost place with very decent food like Mexican, chicken and others. Big portions, nice people and some jungle sounds on the background. Go there!
