We had dinner here with a group of 6 and everybody was surprised about the quality and the taste of the food!! The service our group got was amazing, couldn't be better. The wine suggestion from our waiter was also fantastic and it was just 20 euros per bottle! Next time one of us will visit Dusseldorf we will definitely be back. One tip, make a reservation we did it as well and as we entered it didnt seem necessary but after one hour the restaurant was completely full (also with a lot of Asians, so it must be good!!).

Atmosphere is fun with nicely designed decor & great selections of wines. The service was quick and attentive. I like the mix of traditional and innovative fusion with other oriental cuisines. Presentation is amazing and you get the sense that the food and experience are authentic and served and presented with great pride and artistry.Highly recommended in Dusseldorf.

This small and nice restaurant is located on “ Oberbilker Allee”.Parking situation therefore pretty difficult as everywhere in this city- district.I read a lot about this restaurant and actually was expecting more than we honestly had.We tried 4 different Vietnamese tapas, all of them very tasteful. What really disappointing me was the pho soup which is the national soup of Vietnam and actually was tasteless.I was in Vietnam and I pretty well know the taste of kitchen; I ate much more better soup in other restaurant un Duesseldorf.Hi Omnita,we are very sorry that your soup was not so nice. Hope that our Pho will better next Time. Thanks for texting usGreetingsDas Scaramangas Team

It was our own fault that we had not booked a restaurant as plans had changed and we were getting pretty fed up being laughed at and shown the door by smug maitre d's with full bookings. Starved, we got lucky and found a table in this cosy place. We devoured some absolutely super food, hunger is a good sauce I guess but it really was delicious. The smiling helpful staff were lovely and the bill was a fraction of what we would normally spend for the amount of food and drink we had. Do not be put off trying this place and dont be shy in sharing the bench tables with the friendly locals. The steamed dumplings were a revelation and we all Loved it.
