Beautiful beach, sun loungers available to rent with parasols for €4 each. Bars and restaurants near by. Plus you can get drinks brought to your loungers if required. It’s a shingle beach so advise footwear, also some sort of shoe to enter the sea as you won’t look very graceful entering or leaving the sea. Spent a lovely day here.

We hired a boat for the day so we could bob along the coast and have lunch somewhere different. The hire was 100 euros and a further 20 euros for the fuel we used. We thought it was really good value for money. They supply a cool box to use during your time on the boat. Book ahead as they are in demand.

Made contact via facebook messenger to book a flight for my 16 year olds birthday. Kate from the business responded extremely quickly and was very friendly, and soon we had arranged a surprise for my son. Kate explained that one of us would be able to ride in the speedboat to take pictures. When we arrived on the beach, all 4 of us were allowed to observe from the platform, and were taken out by speedboat to the launchpad where we had a short wait while the previous dual parasail took place. The operation was slick and very safe, and all involved were friendly and professional. I went in the speedboat and was able to take photos of the flight. The speedboat driver even slowed down to lower the height of the parasail so that I could get some nice pictures with the Mountains behind too..a very nice touch. The flight lasted about 8 minutes and cost us 40e, but the whole experience lasted far longer, and was most enjoyable for all of us, not just the birthday boy!

A Super Market placed in the heart of Barbati. Open every day from 8am to 11pm, 7 days days a week. Food, fruits, soft drinks, wines, beers and spirits. Sports equipment and traditional souvenirs available. Parking available. We do home deliveries if required.

This lovely man and his son helped us get back to our hotel when we were stranded. After myself and my son couldn't get a taxi, his son took us to our hotel himself!Reasonably priced, good choice of products. Sells necessities as well as souvenirs. Definitely recommend. Look out for the photo of the owner from several years ago when he had a taverna, fantastic!

I unfortunately ran out of time to enjoy a massage my local friends warmly recommended....but the waxing was incredible. I am hyper sensitive and tend to develop allergic reactions afterwards. In these caring hands, I went through it without pain and never had any reaction but a very soft skin....Most of all the cost of it was amazing: half of what I pay at home! As soon as I'll be back to Barbati, I quickly will make a appointment for a massage and more....
