My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Allan as our driver and guide on a half-day panorama tour. He picked us up promptly at our hotel and drove us up to the Drakensberg mountains. It was so dramatic. He explains so much about the trees that have been planted and the forestry. There was a lot of information about the history of the area. Unfortunately the clouds blocked our view once we got to the top But then he took us to four different waterfalls! Each one more magnificent than the next. He was so courteous and paste his walk according to our ability. I felt we got a terrific glimpse of the beauty of the mountains thanks to Allan! Would highly recommend Thula seats to anyone!

We did a self drive in a normal car. Came in via Numbi gate and came out via Paul Kruger gate. Roads were in good condition and rest stop amenities were clean. Stopped at one of the lodges for lunch. Saw lots of animals but the highlight was 4 large giraffes blissfully munching away at the side of the road and totally ignoring us. Cost us 800 rand to enter the park and worth every cent. I had read many stories about self drive but we had no problems. Would definitely recommend.
