Great Hotel
Reviewed By juanvicardenasuRight now I’m staying at the Cristal Park Hotel! It’s a very nice hotel, I would say it’s fancy. The hotel employees are great at their jobs; the bellhops, receptionist, concierge, all of them are really well prepared. It’s a breath of fresh aire to feel that these are people who really know how to treat guests. The rooms are very nice, comfortable beds, great decore, the shower is amazing, thumbs up to everything. Room service was really nice as well, we wanted to go to the restaurant but it closed earlier than if normally does, so we ordered room service. The people from the restaurants were so sorry that we weren’t able to go to the restaurant that what we ordered for the rooms was courtesy of the hotel, which means free! It was a very nice gesture. I would definitely stay at this hotel again any time I’m in Valencia. Definitely recommendation worthy.

Reviewed By Miguel G1- Atencion como en casa, los dueños se esmeran en atenderte, viven en la posada. 2- Esta bien ubicada, cerca de todo 3- La posada esta bastante aceptable las habitaciones estan limpias y comodas 4- La piscina aunque pequeña esta bien bonita 5- Estacionamiento 6- La comida muy buena y suficiente 7- Tiene planta electrica 8- Hay internet con las limitaciones del proveedor como todo en este pais. 9- te sientes como en casa 10- pasa desapersivida porque su fachada no es muy vistosa pero vale la pena costo beneficio

Reviewed By Carlos RUn hotel que a pesar de la situación económica de Venezuela lucha por mantener un buen estandard que una vez tuvo. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero las camas son cómodas y la limpieza aceptable. Algunos problemas con el agua caliente y los desagues en algunas habitaciones. Incluye el desayuno en la pensión y a pedido, la cena. En ambos casos, la variedad del menú y la cantidad es poca pero la calidad de la comida es aceptable. Tiene una buena piscina; desafortunadamente con poca afluencia de huespedes y por tanto sin servicios de bebidas o comidas. La atención del personal es educada y cordial
