Reviewed By realtravel2017Stayed in this hotel for 10 days. Typical 2-3 stars’ hotel for the most part except much worse in some areas. Beds are narrow and hard, one small pillow, bed changing once in 3 days, corner-mounted TV, no shower cabin, cheap air conditioner and very poor sound isolation inside and out. Sunbeds are overcrowded and the pool’s water is stale. Though the hotel advertises itself as non-smoking family-friendly, violators are everywhere, and hotel staff turn blind eye. We were forced to change room because the adjacent neighbor was bad smoker. Ironically the “official” smoking area is right on the kids’ playground (see pic), and the hotel sells hookah at the pool because, get this, it is not considered smoking! Food is typical “stolovaya” quality and gets quite boring after few days. Very loud kid’s music almost non-stop from 9am to 11pm. Unprofessional management, mildly put. Reading some of the reviews you can tell those people never traveled anywhere outside of Russia and simply don’t know any better, because price/ quality ratio is far higher than say Turkey or Bulgaria, and beats me why anyone in his/ her right mind would vacation in this place. A definite point of no return. P.S.: Notices and complaints were flat out ignored by management, so any response they write to this review is poor hypocrisy.

Reviewed By IGOR GВ целом потенциал хороший, классные большие номера с отличным дизайном, балкончики, интерьеры. Отель начал работу второй сезон, пока все сыро, персонал, территория, парковка, обслуживание, требование к туристам о соблюдении общих правил и т.д. В реальности отель не сильно большой с небольшим и густонаселенным бассейном под балконом, в сопровождении громкой музыки до 22.00 вечера. Публика в основном "Алко-тур", майки и труселя, халаты по всей территории и в помещении ресторана. Из бассейна через общий холл в туалет и обратно, пока все в том же настроении. Надо подождать (наш субъективный взгляд) пока отшлифуется и достигнет качества, а пока пусть работают) Удачи и спасибо за суету, обязательно вернемся!
